【摘要】：學區(qū)教育督導是美國教育督導系統(tǒng)中的關鍵人物。美國學區(qū)教育督導在發(fā)展過程中歷經(jīng)了教學專家型督導、科學管理型督導、民主領導型督導、社會科學家型督導、溝通型督導與發(fā)展型督導幾種角色的演變。美國學區(qū)教育督導所具有的突出的輔導功能、科學與民主的督導方式、專業(yè)自主等特征,值得我們關注和借鑒。
[Abstract]:School district education supervision is the key person in American educational supervision system. In the process of development, American school district education supervision has experienced the evolution of teaching expert supervision, scientific management supervision, democratic leadership supervision, social scientist supervision, communication supervision and developmental supervision. The American school district education supervision has the prominent guidance function, the science and the democratic supervision way, the profession independent and so on characteristic, is worth our attention and the reference.
