軍校研究生自我和諧與心理健康及應(yīng)對方式比較

【摘要】:[目的]探討軍校研究生自我和諧與心理健康、應(yīng)對方式之間的關(guān)系。[方法]采用自我和諧量表(SCCS)、癥狀自評量表(SCL-90)、簡易應(yīng)對方式問卷(SCSQ)對某軍隊(duì)工科院校380名研究生進(jìn)行調(diào)查,根據(jù)自我和諧量表的劃分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)將被試分為低分組(≤74)與高分組(≥103),比較兩組心理健康水平和應(yīng)對方式的差異。[結(jié)果]軍校研究生總體自我和諧程度良好,與大學(xué)生常模比較,其不和諧性低于常模(P㩳0.001),靈活性高于常模(P㩳0.05),刻板性差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;SCCS低分組的SCL-90各因子分、消極應(yīng)對因子分低于高分組,積極應(yīng)對因子分高于高分組(P㩳0.001)。[結(jié)論]自我和諧程度對心理健康、應(yīng)對方式有明顯影響,促進(jìn)軍校研究生的自我和諧有助于提高其心理健康水平,采取積極、靈活的方式應(yīng)對問題。
