【摘要】：經(jīng)過(guò)多年的發(fā)展,高校的學(xué)生事務(wù)管理逐漸成為高等教育系統(tǒng)中不可缺少的重要工作。美國(guó)高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理是為了營(yíng)造一種可以達(dá)到教育目標(biāo)的良好的校園環(huán)境。學(xué)生事務(wù)管理的工作人員作為管理者,他們的主要職責(zé)就是錄取新生、對(duì)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)和生活進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)。通過(guò)對(duì)各種專(zhuān)業(yè)的研究方向和就業(yè)形勢(shì)的分析,幫助學(xué)生選擇自己喜歡的專(zhuān)業(yè)并且規(guī)劃未來(lái)的職業(yè)目標(biāo)。為提高中國(guó)高校學(xué)生事務(wù)的管理水平,很有必要借鑒美國(guó)高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理的先進(jìn)理念和成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)。本文具體內(nèi)容通過(guò)五個(gè)部分進(jìn)行闡述： 第一部分：學(xué)生事務(wù)管理相關(guān)概念的界定。這部分闡述了學(xué)生事務(wù)和學(xué)生事務(wù)管理的概念。 第二部分：美國(guó)高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理的特性。本部分首先介紹了美國(guó)高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理的發(fā)展歷史,包括學(xué)生事務(wù)管理的產(chǎn)生前期,萌芽時(shí)期,形成時(shí)期以及其發(fā)展時(shí)期。其次總結(jié)了美國(guó)學(xué)生事務(wù)管理的理念,主要體現(xiàn)在“三性三化”上,即學(xué)生素質(zhì)發(fā)展的整體性、學(xué)生事務(wù)管理的人本性、思想道德教育的社會(huì)性、管理方法法制化、管理模式專(zhuān)業(yè)化、管理隊(duì)伍職業(yè)化。 第三部分：中美高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理理念的差異及原因。首先對(duì)我國(guó)高校學(xué)生工作的發(fā)展歷程做了一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的介紹。其次是中美高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理理念的區(qū)別,主要體現(xiàn)在核心價(jià)值現(xiàn)、學(xué)生事務(wù)工作的績(jī)效標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理的工作規(guī)范等幾個(gè)方面的不同。最后闡述了導(dǎo)致中美高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理理念差異的原因,主要是高校學(xué)生事務(wù)的地位和作用不同、對(duì)學(xué)生工作的中心職能理解不同、對(duì)外部合作關(guān)系理解不同,以及對(duì)學(xué)生事務(wù)工作資源的理解不同。 第四部分：當(dāng)前我國(guó)高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理工作現(xiàn)狀。我國(guó)的學(xué)生工作雖然起步比較晚,但是也取得了一些成就,例如提出了以學(xué)生為本的管理理念,提出了以學(xué)生為主體的管理主張,開(kāi)始探索為學(xué)生服務(wù)的實(shí)踐模式以及積極探索學(xué)生事務(wù)管理與思想政治教育的融合。相比之下,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)我國(guó)高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理還存在很多問(wèn)題,如學(xué)生事務(wù)管理的理念不盡科學(xué),學(xué)生事務(wù)管理的職責(zé)不夠明確等。 第五部分：美國(guó)高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理給我們的啟示。美國(guó)高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理給了我們很多有益額啟示,我們要借鑒美國(guó)高校的事務(wù)管理理念,為我所用。在我國(guó)高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理工作中,首先,要積極推進(jìn)高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理理念的發(fā)展,做到“四個(gè)始終”,即始終突出核心教育,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的國(guó)際視野；始終緊跟學(xué)生需求,推動(dòng)學(xué)業(yè)不斷進(jìn)步；始終堅(jiān)持服務(wù)至上,為成長(zhǎng)成才牽線搭橋；始終做到尊重理解,營(yíng)造平等開(kāi)放的軟環(huán)境。第二,要樹(shù)立以生為本的理念,在實(shí)現(xiàn)以生為本的途徑和方法方面,做到在維護(hù)學(xué)生合法權(quán)益上下功夫、在實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)生自我管理上下功夫、在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自信自強(qiáng)上下功夫、在塑造學(xué)生成熟人格上下功夫、在幫助學(xué)生樹(shù)立安全意識(shí)上下功夫。第三,要完善學(xué)生事務(wù)的管理制度。其中首先要明確學(xué)生事務(wù)管理的職責(zé)范圍,其次我們還要規(guī)范學(xué)生事務(wù)管理的運(yùn)作程序。只有運(yùn)行良好的運(yùn)作程序,才能使學(xué)生事務(wù)管理走上正軌,達(dá)到預(yù)期的效果。第四,要推行以學(xué)生為主體的管理模式。例如,鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生參與學(xué)校管理、理解尊重學(xué)生的多樣化發(fā)展、增強(qiáng)學(xué)生工作的法制意識(shí)和民主意識(shí)。第五,要加強(qiáng)學(xué)生事務(wù)管理工作隊(duì)伍建設(shè),推進(jìn)高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍的職業(yè)化建設(shè),健全學(xué)生事務(wù)管理的溝通協(xié)作機(jī)制。經(jīng)過(guò)這些方面的努力,我相信我國(guó)的高校學(xué)生工作會(huì)更上一層樓的。
[Abstract]:After many years of development, the management of student affairs in Colleges and universities has gradually become an indispensable and important work in the higher education system. The management of student affairs in American colleges and universities is to create a good campus environment that can reach the goal of education. The staff of student affairs management are the managers, their main duty is to recruit new students. To guide the students' study and life. Through the analysis of the research direction and employment situation of various specialties, it helps students to choose their favorite specialties and plan their future career goals. In order to improve the management level of Chinese college students' affairs, it is very necessary to draw on the advanced concept and success of the American college student affairs management. The specific contents of this article are expounded in five parts:
The first part is about the definition of student affairs management. This part expounds the concept of student affairs and student affairs management.
The second part: the characteristics of Student Affairs Management in American colleges and universities. This part first introduces the history of the development of Student Affairs Management in American colleges and universities, including the prophase, germination period, formation period and development period of student affairs management. Secondly, it summarizes the concept of American student affairs management, which is mainly embodied in the "three sex and three aspects", That is, the integrity of the development of students' quality, the human nature of student affairs management, the socialization of Ideological and moral education, the legal system of management, the professionalization of management mode and the professionalization of the management team.
The third part: the differences and reasons for the concept of Student Affairs Management in Chinese and American colleges and universities. First, a brief introduction is made to the development of College Students' work in China. The second is the difference between the concept of Student Affairs Management in China and the United States, which is mainly embodied in the core value, the performance standards of student affairs and the management of College Students' affairs. In the end, the reasons for the differences in the concept of Student Affairs Management in China and the United States are explained. The main reasons are the different position and function of the college student affairs, the different understanding of the central functions of the students' work, the different understanding of the external cooperation relationship and the different understanding of the student affairs work resources.
The fourth part: the current situation of College Student Affairs Management in our country. Although the student work in our country is relatively late, it has also made some achievements, for example, it puts forward the management idea of student based management, puts forward the management idea of students as the main body, and begins to explore the practice mode for the students to serve the student and actively explore the student affairs. In contrast, we find that there are many problems in the management of students' affairs in our universities, such as the idea of student affairs management is not scientific, and the responsibility of student affairs management is not clear.
The fifth part: the American College Student Affairs Management gives us the inspiration. The American college student affairs management has given us a lot of beneficial enlightenment, we should draw lessons from the business management idea of American colleges and universities for our use. In the work of College Student Affairs Management in our country, first of all, we should advance the development of the idea of college student affairs management. To the "four always", that is to highlight the core education, cultivate the international vision of the students, always follow the needs of the students, promote the progress of the study, always adhere to the service first, and build a bridge for growth, and always respect understanding and create an equal and open soft environment. Second, we should set up a concept of living based on the idea of living. In the ways and methods of this, we should work hard to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of students, work hard to realize self-management of students, work hard to cultivate students' self-confidence and self-reliance, work hard in shaping students' mature personality, and help students to set up a safe consciousness. Third, improve the management system of student affairs. The scope of responsibility for student affairs management is clearly defined. Secondly, we should standardize the operation procedures of student affairs management. Only a good operation procedure can make the student affairs management go on the right track and achieve the expected effect. Fourth, we should carry out the management model with the students as the main body. For example, encourage students to participate in school management and understand respect. Fifth, we should strengthen the construction of the team of student affairs management, promote the professional construction of the team of college counselors, and improve the communication and cooperation mechanism of student affairs management. Through these efforts, I believe that the work of college students in our country will be more advanced. Yes.
