論教師在師生對(duì)話中的語(yǔ)言優(yōu)化

【摘要】:師生對(duì)話是師生交往的主要方式,在師生對(duì)話中,教師起著主導(dǎo)作用,其語(yǔ)言對(duì)學(xué)生的成長(zhǎng)有著重要影響。真誠(chéng)、規(guī)范的教師語(yǔ)言能融洽師生關(guān)系,啟迪學(xué)生的智慧,陶冶學(xué)生的情操,給學(xué)生帶來(lái)美的享受。而不規(guī)范、不恰當(dāng)?shù)慕處熣Z(yǔ)言容易使師生關(guān)系緊張,甚至引發(fā)師生沖突,對(duì)學(xué)生的身心造成很大傷害。本研究本著構(gòu)建平等和諧師生關(guān)系的理念,理清師生對(duì)話中教師的角色定位,分析師生對(duì)話教師語(yǔ)言存在的問(wèn)題及原因,提出優(yōu)化策略,以期對(duì)師生對(duì)話的教育教學(xué)模式提供借鑒,促進(jìn)師生關(guān)系和諧發(fā)展。具體內(nèi)容如下: 第一章,引言部分對(duì)本文“師生對(duì)話”和“教師語(yǔ)言”兩個(gè)概念進(jìn)行界定,闡述與之有關(guān)的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,明確本論文的研究方向。 第二章,指出教師在師生對(duì)話中的角色定位,教師充當(dāng)著傾聽者、示范者、引導(dǎo)者的角色。 第三章,闡述教師在師生對(duì)話中存在的語(yǔ)言問(wèn)題,表現(xiàn)在對(duì)話關(guān)系上師生對(duì)峙、隔離;在對(duì)話內(nèi)容上語(yǔ)言平乏、空洞;在對(duì)話方式上單一簡(jiǎn)單命令。 第四章,分析引發(fā)教師語(yǔ)言問(wèn)題的原因,包括傳統(tǒng)的師生主客角色,代溝、閱歷、價(jià)值觀念沖突,教師自身的語(yǔ)言修養(yǎng),學(xué)校社會(huì)的不可抗拒因素。 第五章,提出教師在師生對(duì)話中語(yǔ)言優(yōu)化策略,具體措施是:創(chuàng)設(shè)恰當(dāng)情境,分析學(xué)生個(gè)體差異,提高教師主體素養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:The dialogue between teachers and students is the main way of communication between teachers and students. In the dialogue between teachers and students, teachers play a leading role, and their language has an important impact on the growth of students.Sincere, standardized teacher language can harmonize the relationship between teachers and students, enlighten students' wisdom, cultivate students' sentiment, and bring beautiful enjoyment to students.The improper language of teachers can make the relationship between teachers and students tense and even lead to conflicts between teachers and students, which can cause great harm to students' body and mind.Based on the idea of building equal and harmonious teacher-student relationship, this study clarifies the role of teachers in teacher-student dialogue, analyzes the problems and causes of teachers' language, and puts forward the optimization strategies.In order to provide reference to the educational and teaching mode of teacher-student dialogue, promote the harmonious development of teacher-student relationship.The details are as follows:In the first chapter, the introduction defines the concepts of "teacher-student dialogue" and "teacher language", expounds the current research situation at home and abroad, and clarifies the research direction of this paper.The second chapter points out the role of teachers in the dialogue between teachers and students.The third chapter expounds the language problems of teachers in the dialogue between teachers and students, which are reflected in the confrontation and isolation between teachers and students in the dialogue relationship; the lack of language in the content of the dialogue; and the single simple command in the way of dialogue.The fourth chapter analyzes the causes of teachers' language problems, including the traditional role of teachers and students, generation gap, experience, conflict of values, teachers' own language cultivation, the irresistible factors of school society.The fifth chapter puts forward the language optimization strategies of teachers in teacher-student dialogue. The specific measures are: creating appropriate situations, analyzing students' individual differences, and improving teachers' subjective literacy.
