【摘要】：輔導(dǎo)員是對在校大學(xué)生開展思想政治教育和管理為職業(yè)特征的社會(huì)角色。輔導(dǎo)員主要通過自己的思想、行為、語言、表情、動(dòng)作等與學(xué)生發(fā)生相互作用和相互影響,從而形成職業(yè)影響力。輔導(dǎo)員的影響力分為權(quán)力性影響力和非權(quán)力性影響力,非權(quán)力性影響力在學(xué)生思想政治教育中占主導(dǎo)地位。本文分析了"90后"大學(xué)生心理和行為特點(diǎn)對輔導(dǎo)員發(fā)揮非權(quán)力影響力的挑戰(zhàn),就如何提升輔導(dǎo)員非權(quán)力性影響力提出一定的對策和創(chuàng)新途徑。
[Abstract]:Counselors are the social roles of ideological and political education and management for college students.Counselors interact and interact with students through their own thoughts, behaviors, language, expressions, movements and so on, so as to form professional influence.The influence of counselors is divided into power influence and non-power influence, and non-power influence plays a leading role in students' ideological and political education.This paper analyzes the challenges of psychological and behavioral characteristics of post-90s college students to the counselors' exertion of non-power influence, and puts forward some countermeasures and innovative ways to enhance the non-power influence of counselors.
