農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育階段標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化學(xué)校布局問題研究

【摘要】: 農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育階段標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化學(xué)校建設(shè)是建設(shè)社會主義新農(nóng)村,構(gòu)建和諧社會的重要內(nèi)容,也是促進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)教育均衡發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)教育公平的重要舉措。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化學(xué)校建設(shè)首先面臨的問題就是如何合理布局。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化學(xué)校的合理布局可以緩解當(dāng)前因?qū)W校布局不合理引發(fā)的一系列問題,也可以提高教育資源的利用效率,還將形成我國農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育發(fā)展的整體框架。各地標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化學(xué)校的數(shù)量、規(guī)模和建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)決定了全國農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育學(xué)校分布的新格局。以國家農(nóng)村教育布局調(diào)整為契機(jī),研究義務(wù)教育階段標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化學(xué)校建設(shè)的布局問題具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 當(dāng)前學(xué)校建設(shè)布局中存在很多問題,原有的學(xué)校布局已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育發(fā)展需要,國家布局調(diào)整和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化學(xué)校建設(shè)都需要一個合理的學(xué)校布局標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系。本研究主要是通過文獻(xiàn)閱讀,教育統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)分析,以農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育階段標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化學(xué)校建設(shè)的數(shù)量、規(guī)模和校址等學(xué)校布局問題為分析維度,著重研究影響農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育階段標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化學(xué)校布局的主要因素,分析各因素影響布局的內(nèi)部機(jī)理。 合理的學(xué)校布局應(yīng)主要參考各地區(qū)內(nèi)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、地理?xiàng)l件、人口狀況、交通條件、國家相關(guān)政策、文化特征以及原有的學(xué)校建設(shè)基礎(chǔ)等因素。依據(jù)這些因素探索標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化學(xué)校建設(shè)的數(shù)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)模標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和選址標(biāo)準(zhǔn),形成一個可以在農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育階段標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化學(xué)校建設(shè)中具有指導(dǎo)意義的布局標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系,以此有效推動全國農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育階段標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化學(xué)校建設(shè)的實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:The construction of standardized schools in the stage of compulsory education in rural areas is not only an important part of building a new socialist countryside and a harmonious society, but also an important measure to promote the balanced development of education between urban and rural areas and to realize educational fairness. The first problem that the construction of standardized school faces is how to arrange reasonably. The rational distribution of standardized schools can alleviate a series of problems caused by the unreasonable layout of schools at present, improve the utilization efficiency of educational resources, and form the overall framework of the development of compulsory education in rural areas in China. The number, scale and construction standard of the standardized schools decide the new pattern of the distribution of the rural compulsory education schools. It is of great practical significance to study the layout of standardized schools in compulsory education by adjusting the distribution of rural education. At present, there are many problems in the layout of school construction, the original school layout can no longer meet the needs of the development of rural compulsory education, and the adjustment of national layout and the construction of standardized schools require a reasonable school layout standard system. This research is mainly through literature reading, education statistics data analysis, with the rural compulsory education stage of standardized school construction of the number, scale and location of school layout issues as the analysis dimension. The main factors affecting the layout of standardized schools in rural compulsory education are studied, and the internal mechanism of these factors is analyzed. The reasonable school layout should mainly refer to the economic development level, geographical condition, population condition, traffic condition, relevant national policy, cultural characteristics and the foundation of school construction. According to these factors, this paper explores the quantity standard, scale standard and site selection standard of standardized school construction, and forms a layout standard system which can be used to guide the construction of standardized school in the stage of rural compulsory education. In order to effectively promote the implementation of national rural compulsory education stage of standardized school construction.
