新課程改革背景下中小學(xué)教師壓力研究

【摘要】:新課程改革給我國(guó)的教育界帶來(lái)前所未有的新鮮空氣,給學(xué)生的成長(zhǎng)及終身發(fā)展創(chuàng)造了條件。同時(shí),中小學(xué)教師在新課程改革背景下,增添了新的任務(wù),感受到了新的壓力,有人認(rèn)為新課程改革是教師目前主要的壓力來(lái)源。文章就此進(jìn)行了研究,對(duì)教師的主要壓力來(lái)源進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,并對(duì)教師壓力向動(dòng)力方向轉(zhuǎn)化進(jìn)行研究,以求讓教師正確面對(duì)壓力,利用壓力為自己的專業(yè)發(fā)展與自我成長(zhǎng)提供契機(jī)。 本文共分六部分,第一部分是緒論,介紹研究背景、研究范圍。 第二部分是對(duì)教師壓力概念的定位及主要壓力來(lái)源的闡述,從不同的學(xué)科領(lǐng)域?qū)毫Φ亩x入手,探討教師壓力研究的方向,從宏觀及微觀領(lǐng)域?qū)處焿毫M(jìn)行分類,并論述各類壓力的產(chǎn)生的原因及特征。 第三部分是研究方法的設(shè)計(jì),介紹研究的主體范圍,以及本文所采用的主要研究方法。 第四部分是呈現(xiàn)研究數(shù)據(jù)并作簡(jiǎn)要介紹,對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,分析過(guò)程分別從各類壓力上進(jìn)行比較分析,進(jìn)而對(duì)在不同因素影響下各類壓力感的情況進(jìn)行比較。 第五部分是對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行討論,把獲得的分析結(jié)果一一說(shuō)明,討論產(chǎn)生如此結(jié)果的原因。 第六部分是得出結(jié)論。呈現(xiàn)新課程改革背景下教師壓力狀況,總結(jié)研究中體現(xiàn)出的教師壓力的有力價(jià)值,最后提出解決和利用壓力的策略。
[Abstract]:The new curriculum reform has brought unprecedented fresh air to the educational circles of our country, and has created conditions for the students' growth and lifelong development. At the same time, under the background of the new curriculum reform, teachers in primary and secondary schools have added new tasks and felt new pressure. Some people think that the new curriculum reform is the main source of pressure for teachers at present. This article has carried on the research, has carried on the investigation and analysis to the teacher's main pressure source, and has carried on the research to the teacher pressure to the dynamic direction transformation, in order to let the teacher face the pressure correctly, Use pressure to provide opportunities for your professional development and self-development. This paper is divided into six parts, the first part is the introduction, introduces the research background, research scope. The second part is the definition of the concept of teacher stress and the main sources of stress, starting with the definition of stress in different subject areas, discusses the direction of teacher stress research, and classifies teacher pressure from macro and micro fields. The causes and characteristics of various kinds of pressure are discussed. The third part is the design of the research method, the main scope of the study, and the main research methods adopted in this paper. The fourth part is to present the research data and make a brief introduction, the analysis of the data, the analysis process from the various types of pressure, and then under the influence of different factors to compare the situation of various types of pressure. In the fifth part, the data are discussed, and the analysis results are explained one by one, and the reasons for the result are discussed. The sixth part is to draw conclusions. This paper presents the situation of teachers' stress under the background of the new curriculum reform, summarizes the value of teachers' pressure reflected in the research, and finally puts forward the strategies to solve and utilize the pressure.
