【摘要】： 為了研究適合女大學(xué)生的心理輔導(dǎo)內(nèi)容與形式，為女大學(xué)生心理輔導(dǎo)提供有效的對策，，本研究采用結(jié)構(gòu)式《女大學(xué)生心理輔導(dǎo)調(diào)查問卷》，對來自江西省、江蘇省、北京市、山東省的570名女大學(xué)生進(jìn)行了問卷調(diào)查。 調(diào)查結(jié)果表明：根據(jù)0-4分的五級計分法，心理輔導(dǎo)需要強度在2分(有些需要)以上的女大學(xué)生共占59.9％，即大部分女大學(xué)生“有些需要”或“比較需要”心理輔導(dǎo)；女大學(xué)生最需要的心理輔導(dǎo)內(nèi)容是就業(yè)成才輔導(dǎo)，其次是修養(yǎng)輔導(dǎo)、自我意識輔導(dǎo)、大學(xué)生涯輔導(dǎo)、人際輔導(dǎo)、婚戀輔導(dǎo)、學(xué)習(xí)輔導(dǎo)、適應(yīng)輔導(dǎo)；不同年級、不同專業(yè)的女大學(xué)生需要的心理輔導(dǎo)內(nèi)容差異顯著；并且女大學(xué)生喜歡靈活、多樣、生活化的心理輔導(dǎo)形式。 基于以上分析結(jié)果，本研究提出以下對策：重視女大學(xué)生心理健康輔導(dǎo)工作；建立女大學(xué)生“寢室-公寓-學(xué)�！毙睦磔o導(dǎo)體系；配備女大學(xué)生心理輔導(dǎo)的軟件和硬件；明確女大學(xué)生心理輔導(dǎo)的目標(biāo)；評估女大學(xué)生心理輔導(dǎo)的需要；深化女大學(xué)生心理輔導(dǎo)的內(nèi)容；采用靈活、有趣、多樣化的輔導(dǎo)形式；發(fā)揮朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)員的作用；建立女大學(xué)生心理輔導(dǎo)效果評價和反饋機制。
[Abstract]:In order to study the content and form of psychological counseling suitable for female college students, and to provide effective countermeasures for female college students' psychological counseling, this study adopted the structured questionnaire of Psychological guidance for female College students, and investigated the psychological counseling of female college students from Jiangxi Province, Jiangsu Province and Beijing. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 570 female college students in Shandong Province. The results show that according to the five-grade score method of 0-4 points, the psychological counseling needs of female college students whose intensity is above 2 points (some needs) total 59.9%, that is, most female college students "some need" or "more need" psychological counseling; The most needed psychological guidance for female college students is employment guidance, followed by tutoring, self-awareness, college career, interpersonal, marriage, learning, adaptation, different grades, There are significant differences in the content of psychological counseling required by female college students in different majors, and female college students prefer flexible, diverse and life-oriented forms of psychological counseling. Based on the above analysis results, this study puts forward the following countermeasures: attach importance to the psychological health counseling of female college students; establish the psychological counseling system of female college students'"dormitory-apartment-school"; Clarify the goal of female college students' psychological counseling; evaluate the needs of female college students' psychological counseling; deepen the content of female college students' psychological counseling; adopt flexible, interesting and diversified forms of counseling; play the role of peer psychological counselors; To establish the evaluation and feedback mechanism of psychological counseling for female college students.
