【摘要】: 進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時代以來,教育的作用日益重要,各國綜合國力的激烈競賽實(shí)質(zhì)上就是教育的競賽,人才培養(yǎng)的重要性被提升到了前所未有的高度。如何培養(yǎng)出既適應(yīng)社會發(fā)展需要又具備良好道德品質(zhì)的人才是當(dāng)今教育界不斷研究的課題。約翰·洛克的《教育漫話》,作為它所產(chǎn)生的那個時代家庭教育的主流和標(biāo)尺,雖然存在其時代局限性,但對各國的教育實(shí)踐確實(shí)起到了借鑒作用。他從德育、智育、身心健康、禮儀等方面闡述了自己的教育觀,他強(qiáng)調(diào)以人為本,尊重孩子的個性差異,因材施教,認(rèn)為教育的后天性因素重于先天性因素,其中最強(qiáng)調(diào)的是品德的培養(yǎng),他的教育主張飽含哲理,順應(yīng)人的心理及年齡特征,注重對孩子的循循誘導(dǎo),強(qiáng)調(diào)人的全面發(fā)展。他提出的教育原則和方法靈活而不失其科學(xué)性與合理性,受到教育界的普遍歡迎。 本文首先從洛克的哲學(xué)、政治思想入手,從而驗(yàn)證其教育思想的科學(xué)性和合理性,因?yàn)榻逃枷胧瞧湔軐W(xué)思想和政治理論的合理延伸。然后全面分析其教育思想和方法論,從而得到啟示意義,特別是對我國學(xué)校和家庭教育的啟示意義。 本文分為四章,采用文獻(xiàn)法,綜合分析法和比較分析法對洛克的教育思想進(jìn)行全面的分析和探討。在第一章引言部分,探討了研究的起源和意義以及國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)綜述,說明了研究方法。第二章是研究洛克教育思想的理論基礎(chǔ),從其時代背景出發(fā),分別闡述了洛克的哲學(xué)基礎(chǔ)和政治學(xué)基礎(chǔ),探討了它們與其教育思想間的聯(lián)系。第三章是對洛克教育思想的內(nèi)容和方法論進(jìn)行闡述和說明,首先探討了教育的作用、目的、途徑;然后分別論述了健康教育,德行教育和智育的內(nèi)容和方法;最后談到了對洛克教育思想的評價。第四章為文章的重點(diǎn)部分,闡述了洛克的教育思想對中國當(dāng)代教育的啟示意義,特別是對中國學(xué)校教育和家庭教育的啟示意義,其中對學(xué)校的啟示意義談到了身體鍛煉的加強(qiáng)、以人為本的德育、素質(zhì)教育和課程改革、以及師資隊伍的提高等:對家庭的啟示意義中談到了放棄溺愛,推行家庭德育以及興趣的培養(yǎng)這幾方面。
[Abstract]:Since the era of knowledge economy in 21th century, the role of education has become more and more important, and the fierce competition of comprehensive national strength of various countries is essentially the competition of education. The importance of talent training has been raised to an unprecedented level. How to cultivate talents who meet the needs of social development and have good moral qualities is a subject of constant research in the field of education today. John Locke, "Education" Talk. As the mainstream and scale of family education in that era, although it has its limitations, it does play a reference role in the educational practice of various countries. He is moral education, intellectual education, physical and mental health. Etiquette and other aspects of his views on education, he stressed people-oriented, respect for children's personality differences, teaching according to their aptitude, think that the education of the acquired factor is more important than congenital factors, in which the most important is the cultivation of moral character. His educational ideas are full of philosophy, conform to the psychological and age characteristics of human beings, pay attention to the following guidance to children and emphasize the all-round development of people. His educational principles and methods are flexible without losing their scientificity and rationality. It is generally welcomed by the educational circles. This paper starts with Locke's philosophy and political thought to verify the scientific and reasonable of his educational thought. Because the educational thought is the reasonable extension of his philosophical thought and political theory, and then comprehensively analyzes his educational thought and methodology, thus obtains the enlightenment significance, especially to our country school and the family education enlightenment significance. This article is divided into four chapters, the use of literature, comprehensive analysis and comparative analysis of Locke's educational thinking for a comprehensive analysis and discussion. In the first chapter of the introduction. This paper discusses the origin and significance of the study and the literature review at home and abroad, explains the research methods. Chapter two is the theoretical basis of the study of Locke's educational thought, starting from the background of the times. This paper expounds the philosophical basis and political basis of Locke, and probes into the relationship between them and his educational thought. Chapter three expounds and explains the content and methodology of Locke's educational thought. First of all, it discusses the function, purpose and way of education. Then, the contents and methods of health education, moral education and intellectual education are discussed respectively. Finally, it discusses the evaluation of Locke's educational thought. Chapter 4th is the key part of the article, and expounds the enlightening significance of Locke's educational thought to Chinese contemporary education. Especially to the Chinese school education and the family education enlightenment significance, among them to the school enlightenment significance has talked about the physical exercise enhancement, the people-oriented moral education, the quality education and the curriculum reform. And the improvement of the teaching staff: in the enlightenment to the family, the author discusses the aspects of giving up doting, promoting family moral education and cultivating interest.
