職前與在職中學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師語(yǔ)言評(píng)價(jià)素養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)需求調(diào)查研究

本論文研究了職前與在職中學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師的語(yǔ)言評(píng)價(jià)素養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)需求。教師的語(yǔ)言評(píng)價(jià)素養(yǎng)是教育評(píng)價(jià)領(lǐng)域一個(gè)重要的話題。在中國(guó)教育課程改革的進(jìn)程中,教育評(píng)價(jià)的改革已成為一個(gè)熱門話題。而教育評(píng)價(jià)改革的成功很大程度上取決于教師關(guān)于教育評(píng)價(jià)所掌握的知識(shí)與技能。因此,教師的語(yǔ)言評(píng)價(jià)素養(yǎng)水平在教育改革的浪潮中占有重要地位。語(yǔ)言評(píng)價(jià)素養(yǎng)的培訓(xùn)是提高教師語(yǔ)言評(píng)價(jià)素養(yǎng)的重要手段之一,而在中國(guó),根據(jù)已有的文獻(xiàn),關(guān)于職前與在職中學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師的語(yǔ)言評(píng)價(jià)素養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)需求的研究還有所欠缺。本研究旨在調(diào)查研究職前與在職中學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師的語(yǔ)言評(píng)價(jià)素養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)需求的不同,了解他們目前在語(yǔ)言測(cè)試領(lǐng)域所掌握知識(shí)的狀況,以及他們?cè)诼毲芭c在職培訓(xùn)中學(xué)習(xí)語(yǔ)言評(píng)價(jià)知識(shí)的情況。本研究采用了定量研究加定性研究的方式,調(diào)查了武漢職前與在職中學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師自身接受語(yǔ)言評(píng)價(jià)素養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)的程度與需求。定量研究部分采用調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,受試者為103名中學(xué)英語(yǔ)在職教師,與109名職前英語(yǔ)教師,即大四英語(yǔ)專業(yè)師范生或者英語(yǔ)教育專業(yè)學(xué)生,并且他們剛完成了在武漢多所中學(xué)的教育實(shí)習(xí)。隨后的定量研究采用半結(jié)構(gòu)化采訪形式,調(diào)查了14名在職英語(yǔ)教師與15名職前教師。研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),職前與在職教師的語(yǔ)言...
