以學(xué)習(xí)品質(zhì)評價驅(qū)動學(xué)校教學(xué)變革

【摘要】:北京市海淀區(qū)依托學(xué)習(xí)品質(zhì)評價體系對學(xué)生的發(fā)展狀況及其影響因素進行分析,并通過與學(xué)業(yè)表現(xiàn)關(guān)聯(lián)分析的方式為學(xué)校解釋評價結(jié)果,引導(dǎo)學(xué)校轉(zhuǎn)變教育教學(xué)理念。一是通過對作業(yè)與成績的相關(guān)分析等,扭轉(zhuǎn)教師教學(xué)觀念,觸發(fā)學(xué)校教學(xué)方式轉(zhuǎn)變;二是聚焦學(xué)生能力評價,提升學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)能力;三是助推學(xué)?茖W(xué)施教,如引導(dǎo)教師主動改進教學(xué)方法,完善學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)全過程評價等。
[Abstract]:Based on the evaluation system of learning quality, Haidian District of Beijing analyzed the students' development status and its influencing factors, and explained the evaluation results for the school through the way of correlation analysis with academic performance, so as to guide the school to change the concept of education and teaching. First, through the analysis of the correlation between homework and achievement, we can reverse the teachers' teaching concept and trigger the change of the school teaching mode, the second is to focus on the evaluation of students' ability to improve the students' autonomous learning ability. The third is to promote scientific teaching in schools, such as guiding teachers to actively improve teaching methods, perfect the evaluation of the whole process of students' learning, and so on.
