新手化學教師教學反思能力的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查及對策研究

【摘要】:新手化學教師的成長離不開對自身教學實踐的反思,為此,提高新手化學教師的教學反思能力,有利于自身的教學和學生的成長,也有利于中學化學教育的發(fā)展。全文分為五個部分。第一部分緒論:該部分結(jié)合新課改的背景,以查閱國內(nèi)外相關文獻資料為依據(jù),整理并評價化學教師關于教學反思能力的研究情況;闡述問題研究的目的及意義。第二部分相關理論分析:該部分主要是教學反思能力相關理論研究的分析,對概念進行界定;確定教學反思的維度,為研究提供理論基礎。第三部分現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查及分析:通過問卷和訪談來調(diào)查新手化學教師的教學反思能力現(xiàn)狀,并輔助以案例的呈現(xiàn)與分析。經(jīng)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在新手化學教師教學反思能力方面既存在優(yōu)點,也存在不足。優(yōu)點表現(xiàn)在:工作熱情飽滿,重視教學反思能力;具有年齡優(yōu)勢,思維活躍。不足表現(xiàn)在:①難以在教學中落實反思;②理論知識和素養(yǎng)偏低;③教學反思的途徑不平衡;④教學反思的內(nèi)容不全面;⑤反思方式過于集中;⑥缺乏良好的反思環(huán)境。第四部分提出對策:針對教學反思能力的不足之處,分別從主觀和客觀兩方面去入手,提出可行性對策。主觀方面:新手化學教師應提高反思素養(yǎng);將教學反思的知識應于實踐;深化反思內(nèi)容,提高運用反思策略的能力;養(yǎng)成勤于反思的好習慣。客觀方面:任教學校營造反思氛圍;教育管理部門提供物質(zhì)支持;師范院校應加強理論知識的培養(yǎng)。旨在對新手化學教師教學反思能力的提升給予發(fā)展性的意見和建議。第五部分結(jié)論與展望:本部分歸納了全文的主要內(nèi)容,并且指出了需要改進的地方。
[Abstract]:The growth of novice chemistry teachers can not be separated from the reflection on their own teaching practice. Therefore, improving the teaching reflective ability of novice chemistry teachers is beneficial to their own teaching and students' growth, and also to the development of chemistry education in middle schools. The full text is divided into five parts. The first part is introduction: combining with the background of the new curriculum reform, this part collates and evaluates the chemistry teachers' research on the teaching reflective ability based on the reference to the relevant literature at home and abroad, and expounds the purpose and significance of the research on the problems. The second part is related theoretical analysis: this part is mainly about the theoretical analysis of teaching reflective ability, defines the concept, determines the dimension of teaching reflection, and provides the theoretical basis for the research. The third part of the investigation and analysis: through questionnaires and interviews to investigate the current situation of teaching reflective ability of new chemistry teachers, and assist in the presentation and analysis of cases. It is found that there are both advantages and disadvantages in the teaching reflective ability of novice chemistry teachers. The advantages are: enthusiastic work, pay attention to the ability of teaching reflection; have age advantage, active thinking. The shortcomings are: (1) difficult to implement reflection in teaching; (2) low theoretical knowledge and literacy; (3) unbalanced approaches to teaching reflection; (4) incomplete content of teaching reflection; (5) excessive concentration of reflection mode; (6) lack of good reflective environment. The fourth part puts forward countermeasures: aiming at the deficiency of teaching reflective ability, the author puts forward feasible countermeasures from subjective and objective aspects. Subjective aspect: the novice chemistry teacher should improve the reflective accomplishment; the knowledge of teaching reflection should be put into practice; deepen the content of reflection and improve the ability of applying reflective strategy; form the good habit of diligent reflection. Objective aspects: teaching schools to create a reflective atmosphere, education management departments to provide material support, teachers colleges should strengthen the cultivation of theoretical knowledge. The purpose of this paper is to give developmental opinions and suggestions to the improvement of the teaching reflective ability of the novice chemistry teachers. The fifth part is conclusion and prospect: this part summarizes the main contents of this paper, and points out the need for improvement.
