【摘要】：班主任作為班級的管理者,如何在學生健康成長的路上成為其"引領(lǐng)者",需要一份教書育人的情懷,更需要管理班級工作的策略與方法。本文試圖從日常工作的角度,談一談在班級管理中通過共同管理、創(chuàng)設(shè)多樣活動、家校共建等管理策略與方式,引導學生真正成長。
[Abstract]:Class teacher, as the manager of class, how to become the "leader" of students on the way of healthy growth needs a feeling of teaching and educating people, and the strategy and method of managing class work. From the perspective of daily work, this paper tries to talk about the management strategies and methods of class management, such as common management, creation of various activities and co-construction of home and school, so as to guide students to grow up.
