【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)教研活動(dòng)中存在管理者和專(zhuān)家的霸權(quán)行為,對(duì)話是校本教研革新和發(fā)展的核心要素�；趯�(duì)話的校本教研具有民主性、差異性和實(shí)效性的特征。當(dāng)前校本教研中還存在著過(guò)度的行政干預(yù)、校外專(zhuān)家霸權(quán)和教師主動(dòng)性缺失等問(wèn)題�；趯�(duì)話的校本教研需要轉(zhuǎn)變學(xué)校管理者的角色,推動(dòng)校外專(zhuān)家與教師積極互動(dòng),讓教師做校本教研的主人。
[Abstract]:There is hegemonic behavior of managers and experts in traditional teaching and research activities. Dialogue is the core element of innovation and development of school-based teaching and research. School-based teaching and research based on dialogue has the characteristics of democracy, difference and effectiveness. At present, there are some problems in school-based teaching and research, such as excessive administrative intervention, the hegemony of experts outside school and the lack of teachers' initiative. School-based teaching and research based on dialogue needs to change the role of school administrators, promote the active interaction between experts and teachers, and let teachers be the masters of school-based teaching and research.
