中學物理同伴教學的理論與實踐研究

【摘要】:“同伴教學”對大多數人來講并不陌生,我們每一個人從小到大不斷地受到周圍人的影響,也從周圍的人身上吸取營養(yǎng)和能量。隨著新課程改革的實施,多樣化的學習方式呼喚著新的教學方式的出現,同伴教學法應運而生。同伴教學是指學生同伴之間相互施教,共同受益的一種教學組織形式,其以“從教中學”為內在動因,促進學生學習,促進輔導者和被輔導者的共同進步,增強其學習信心,培養(yǎng)學習能力,開展自我教育。本研究是“同伴教學法”在高中物理教學中的初步嘗試,在一系列的實踐研究中探索思考同伴教學法的在高中物理教學中的可行性及具體的操作。首先通過組織學生進行小組活動,針對高中物理的教學目標和學生小組活動的效果分析了同伴教學在高中物理中的可行性和適合同伴教學的學習內容;接著在高中物理新課教學中應用同伴教學法進行概念教學和難點的討論分析,通過具體的教學過程把同伴學習法與自主、合作、探究等多種學習方法融合在一起;接著進一步在高三的習題課上嘗試使用了同伴教學,并且在學生中進行了“關于同伴學習法的初次嘗試的體驗的調查,聽取了學生對同伴教學的評價;最后,本研究把同伴教學法延伸到假期,在假期中組織學生小組活動和網絡學習,提升學生的學習的能力。面對新課程改革,同伴學習是當前教學方式的一個新的嘗試,通過實踐、反思、再實踐、再反思,找到適合高中物理教學的方法,充分地發(fā)揮學生的主動性和積極性。
[Abstract]:"Peer Teaching" is no stranger to most people. Each of us is constantly influenced by the people around us, and draws nutrients and energy from the people around us. With the implementation of the new curriculum reform, a variety of learning methods call for the emergence of new teaching methods, peer teaching came into being. Peer teaching is a form of teaching organization in which students' peers teach and benefit from each other. It promotes students' learning, promotes the common progress of mentors and mentees, and enhances their confidence in learning by taking "teaching middle schools" as their intrinsic motivation. Cultivate learning ability and develop self-education. This research is a preliminary attempt of "peer teaching method" in physics teaching in senior high school. In a series of practical studies, it explores the feasibility and concrete operation of peer teaching method in physics teaching in senior high school. Firstly, by organizing students to carry out group activities, the feasibility of peer teaching in senior high school physics and the learning content suitable for peer teaching are analyzed according to the teaching objectives of senior high school physics and the effect of student group activities. Then, in the teaching of new physics course in senior high school, peer teaching method is applied to the concept teaching and the discussion and analysis of the difficulties. Through the concrete teaching process, the peer learning method is combined with various learning methods, such as autonomy, cooperation, inquiry and so on. Then we tried to use peer teaching in the exercise class of Senior three, and conducted a survey on the experience of the first attempt of peer learning among the students, and listened to the students' evaluation of peer teaching. In this study, the peer teaching method was extended to the holiday period, and the group activities and online learning were organized to improve the students' learning ability. In the face of the new curriculum reform, peer learning is a new attempt of the current teaching method. Through practice, reflection, practice, reflection and reflection, we can find a suitable method for physics teaching in senior high school, and give full play to students' initiative and enthusiasm.
