【摘要】：正目前,隨著社會的發(fā)展,人們逐漸意識到語文教育在人生發(fā)展中起到的重要作用,語文學(xué)科的地位也逐漸上升。對語文教師的培養(yǎng)在一定程度上提高了語文教學(xué)成效,開展的卓越語文教師培養(yǎng)計劃,受到了社會上的廣泛關(guān)注,贏得了一致好評,但是由于相關(guān)制度還不夠完善,當(dāng)前的卓越語文教師培養(yǎng)出現(xiàn)了一些問題。構(gòu)建并完善制度,成為當(dāng)前卓越語文教師培養(yǎng)的主要著力點。
[Abstract]:At present, with the development of the society, people gradually realize that the language education plays an important role in the development of life, and the position of the language subject is gradually rising. The training of Chinese teachers has improved the effectiveness of Chinese teaching to a certain extent, and the training plan for excellent language teachers has been widely paid attention by the society, and has won one. Due to the high praise, however, due to the lack of the relevant system, the current training of excellent language teachers has appeared some problems, and the construction and improvement of the system has become the main focus of the current training of excellent language teachers.
