高三學生考前自主復習的現(xiàn)狀及對策探析

【摘要】:從上個世紀九十年代開始,西方心理學和教育學領域越來越重視對自主學習的研究。進入二十一世紀以后,隨著教育教學的改革,自主學習的研究受到我國一些學者的關注。但是,在當前的研究活動中,學者們往往注重兩方面。一方面是理論研究,這樣的研究對于學生來說操作性不強,很多時候研究的成果不能落到實處。另一方面是自主學習能力培養(yǎng)的研究,這方面的研究主要集中在某學科如何培養(yǎng)學生自主學習的能力,或者在某學段比如初中或者高中如何培養(yǎng)學生自主學習的能力。筆者作為一個一直工作在教育一線的高中教師,接觸了大量的高中學生,認識到學生自主學習能力的高低與其成績的好壞息息相關。尤其是到了高三,當所有的新知識都已經(jīng)學完,需要同學們搭建知識體系時,自主學習就顯得尤為重要。本文則是以培養(yǎng)學生的自主能力為基點,著眼于一群即將參加高考的學生即高三學生來研究如何更好地安排高三學生進行考前自主復習。實踐表明,自主復習在高考復習階段的效率更高。自主復習的重點在“自主”,即學生在教師的指導下,自己確定復習的目標和內(nèi)容,自己制定復習的計劃,自己選擇復習的方法,自己檢驗復習的效果。學生最了解自身的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)在哪里,在自主復習中可以更有針對性地強化這些環(huán)節(jié),提高復習的效果。未來的社會是信息化的社會,各個領域的競爭會前所未有的激烈。傳統(tǒng)的傳授知識的教育已經(jīng)不適應未來人才發(fā)展的需要。新時代教育的主要任務是讓學生具有在未來社會中生存和發(fā)展的各種能力,這其中,學習的能力是最根本的能力。只有學會學習,才能在進入社會之后,緊跟時代的潮流,不斷獲取新的知識,不斷充實和強大自我。如果學生在學校沒有形成學習的能力,無論他掌握了多少知識,最終也會被社會淘汰。高三作為一個以復習過往知識為主的年級,和一個學生進入大學或者社會前最后的學習階段,指導學生進行自主復習是非常必要的,這不僅利于學生個人的發(fā)展同時也符合社會發(fā)展對人才的要求。本研究試圖從教育學的視角,借鑒教育心理學、管理學等領域的研究成果,重點對四川省新津中學高三年級的自主復習的現(xiàn)狀進行分析。主要通過問卷調(diào)查輔之訪談和行動研究法,來揭示當前高三學生在考前自主復習時存在的問題并提出相應的建議指導之后的自主復習實踐。本文分為五個部分來行進全面的勾勒。第一部分是導言,介紹了問題的提出以及國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀。第二部分講述了自主復習和自主復習能力的概念、特點等;高三學生實施自主復習的合理性三方面的內(nèi)容。第三部分是文章的主體部分,是對高三學生考前自主復習現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查與分析,其中包含了大量的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)。調(diào)查問卷涉及到考前自主復習時間的長短及安排;考前自主復習期間怎樣利用自主復習綱要和計劃表提高復習效率;教師在自主復習期間承擔的角色和任務等。第四部分也是文章的重要部分,是根據(jù)第三部分的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)對目前高三自主復習提出的實施建議。建議主要包括三個方面即認真制定自主復習計劃;科學指導自主復習過程;合理安排自主復習時間;優(yōu)化自主復習環(huán)境。最后第四部分是根據(jù)之前的調(diào)查分析對目前高三學生考前自主復習這一學習方式的評價。在這一部分中筆者按照第三部分提出的建議在當年高考前對高三學生實施了自主復習,并跟蹤了當年自主復習實施后學校高考升學的情況。
[Abstract]:Since the 90s of the last century, more and more attention has been paid to the study of autonomous learning in the field of western psychology and pedagogy. After the twenty-first Century, with the reform of education and teaching, the study of autonomous learning has been paid attention to by some scholars in our country. However, in the current research activities, scholars tend to pay attention to two aspects. On the other hand, the research of self-learning ability training is mainly focused on how to cultivate the students' ability to study independently, or how to cultivate students in a certain period, such as junior high school or high school. As a senior high school teacher who has been working in the first line of education, I have come into contact with a large number of high school students and realize that the ability of students' autonomous learning is closely related to their performance. This article is particularly important. This article is based on the training of students' autonomy, focusing on a group of students who are going to attend college entrance examination, that is, senior three students to study how to better arrange the senior three students for self-review. Practice shows that the efficiency of self-review in the review stage of the college entrance examination is higher. The focus of self review is "autonomy", that is, Under the guidance of the teacher, the students determine their review goals and contents, make their own review plans, choose their own review methods, and check their effects. The students know most of their own weak links. In the self review, they can more specifically strengthen these links and improve the effect of review. The future society is a letter. In the society of interest, the competition in all fields will be unprecedented. The traditional education of imparting knowledge has not adapted to the needs of future talent development. The main task of the new age education is to make students have the ability to survive and develop in the future society. In this, the ability to learn is the most fundamental ability. Only learning to learn, After entering the society, we can keep up with the tide of the times, gain new knowledge, enrich and strong self. If students do not have the ability to learn in school, no matter how much knowledge he has mastered, they will eventually be eliminated from the society. It is necessary to guide students to review independently before the last stage of the society. This is not only conducive to the development of students' personal development, but also conforms to the requirements of the social development. This study attempts to draw on the research results of educational psychology, management and other fields from the perspective of Education, focusing on the senior third grade in Xinjin middle school in Sichuan province. The present situation of independent review is analyzed. Through the interview and the action research method of the questionnaire survey, this paper reveals the existing problems of the senior three students in the self review of the senior high school and puts forward the self review practice after the corresponding suggestions. This article is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction and the introduction of the question. The second part describes the concept and characteristics of independent review and self-review, and the three aspects of the rationality of the senior three students' self review. The third part is the main part of the article, which is a survey and analysis of the status of the independent review of the senior three students, including a large number of them. Survey data. The questionnaire involves the length and arrangement of the time of self review before the examination; how to improve the review efficiency by using the independent review program and the plan table before the self-review; the fourth part is also an important part of the article, which is based on the survey data of the third part. The proposal of the implementation of the first three independent reviews is mainly included in the three aspects: the conscientious formulation of the self review plan, the scientific guidance of the independent review process, the rational arrangement of the independent review time, and the optimization of the self-review environment. The last fourth parts are based on the previous investigation and analysis of the study method of the senior three students before the examination. In this part, the author, in accordance with the proposal made in the third part, carried out a self review of the senior three students before the college entrance examination in the same year, and followed up the situation of the college entrance examination for college entrance examination.
