【摘要】：利用甘肅基礎(chǔ)教育調(diào)查(2004/2007)的兩期追蹤數(shù)據(jù),本文采用雙向固定效應(yīng)估計(jì)了農(nóng)村中小學(xué)教師職后學(xué)歷教育的經(jīng)濟(jì)收益。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),作為人力資本積累的重要方式,職后學(xué)歷教育每增加一年給早期完成學(xué)歷提升的教師帶來6%的經(jīng)濟(jì)回報(bào)。國家限定教師行業(yè)準(zhǔn)入的學(xué)歷資格后,職后學(xué)歷教育的經(jīng)濟(jì)收益不再顯著�？鄢c職務(wù)(技術(shù))等級(jí)掛鉤的邊遠(yuǎn)艱苦地區(qū)津補(bǔ)貼后,凈勞動(dòng)所得與職后學(xué)歷教育的關(guān)系不再顯著。職后學(xué)歷教育可能通過滿足職稱評聘條件的方式間接影響教師的經(jīng)濟(jì)收入,這也從職后學(xué)歷教育的"文憑效應(yīng)"中體現(xiàn)出來。
[Abstract]:Based on the data from Gansu basic Education Survey 2004 / 2007, this paper estimates the economic benefits of post-service education of primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas by using two-way fixed effect. It is found that as an important way of human capital accumulation, post-service academic education can bring 6% economic return to teachers who have completed their academic qualifications in the early years with the increase of one year. The economic benefits of post-service academic education are no longer significant after the state restricts the qualification of teachers. The relationship between net labor income and post-employment education is no longer significant after deducting subsidies in remote and difficult areas linked to job (technical) grades. Post-service academic education may indirectly affect teachers' economic income by meeting the conditions of job title evaluation and employment, which is also reflected in the "diploma effect" of post-service academic education.
