【摘要】：高中體育選項課教學(xué)是新課程改革提出的新教學(xué)理念,是全面素質(zhì)教育的重要體現(xiàn)。在當(dāng)前全面深化學(xué)校體育改革大背景下,如何掌握學(xué)校體育的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,深入剖析存在問題,探求有效路徑,更好地體現(xiàn)高中體育選項課的優(yōu)勢,滿足學(xué)校體育的發(fā)展需要,是我們研究的重要方向。本研究以“模塊化選項式”體育教學(xué)模式為研究切入點,從基本理念、課程設(shè)置、課程目標(biāo)、教學(xué)組織、教學(xué)評價等維度首先對四川省省級示范重點中學(xué)開展的體育選項課教學(xué)的實施情況進行了調(diào)查了解,分析了新課改的實施情況,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,以棠湖中學(xué)為具體案例,總結(jié)了其自身改革特色、問題及體育選項課教學(xué)實施的經(jīng)驗。本文綜合運用文獻資料法、訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法以及對比分析法對棠湖中學(xué)體育與健康課程實施“模塊化選項式”教學(xué)進行了實踐研究,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)了：尊重學(xué)生運動需求的同時,學(xué)生的鍛煉興趣得到了極大激發(fā),學(xué)生的體質(zhì)健康水平得到增強,學(xué)生專項水平逐年提高,學(xué)生高考的競爭力提升也有幫助,有利于教師的專業(yè)化發(fā)展和充分發(fā)揮教師其他專業(yè)特長,促進學(xué)校體育成績的提高……這些都是過去長期采用的學(xué)科課程所無法比擬的,它實現(xiàn)了課程所追求的基礎(chǔ)性、時代性、多樣性和選擇性等目標(biāo)。為新課程改革提供了階段性的信息反饋,對深化學(xué)校體育課程改革,完善和發(fā)展高中選項教學(xué)體系具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。從而為普通高中體育與健康課程如何科學(xué)地實施選項教學(xué),創(chuàng)設(shè)出一套行之有效的辦法。這種教學(xué)模式是有效可行的,對其它學(xué)校也具有一定可借鑒性。
[Abstract]:The teaching of elective physical education in senior high school is a new teaching idea put forward by the new curriculum reform and an important embodiment of all-round quality education. Under the background of deepening the reform of school physical education in an all-round way, how to grasp the present situation of the development of school physical education, deeply analyze the existing problems, search for effective ways, better reflect the advantages of elective courses of physical education in senior high school, and meet the needs of the development of school sports. It is an important direction of our research. This research takes the "modular option" physical education teaching mode as the research breakthrough point, from the basic idea, the curriculum design, the curriculum goal, the teaching organization, In the aspects of teaching evaluation and so on, the author investigates and understands the implementation of selective physical education course in Sichuan Provincial demonstration key Middle School, analyzes the implementation of the new curriculum reform, and takes Tanghu Middle School as a specific case on the basis of the analysis of the implementation of the new curriculum reform. This paper summarizes its own reform characteristics, problems and experience in the teaching of PE optional courses. Based on the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire and comparative analysis, this paper makes a practical study on the implementation of "modular option" teaching in the course of physical education and health in Tanghu Middle School. We have found that while respecting students' sports needs, students' interest in exercise has been greatly stimulated, students' physical health level has been enhanced, students' special level has been raised year by year, and the competitiveness of students' college entrance examination has also been improved. It is beneficial to the professional development of teachers and to give full play to teachers' other specialties, and to promote the improvement of school physical education achievements. These are unparalleled by the long-term curriculum, which achieves the goals of foundation, epochal, diversity and selectivity. It is of great practical significance to deepen the reform of school physical education curriculum and to perfect and develop the system of elective teaching in senior high school. Thus, a set of effective methods are created for the ordinary senior high school physical education and health course how to carry out the selective teaching scientifically. This teaching model is effective and feasible and can be used for reference by other schools.
