【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展,融合教育理念逐漸滲透各個(gè)教育領(lǐng)域,自我區(qū)開(kāi)展隨班就讀教育工作至今,殘疾兒童入學(xué)率大幅度提高,普通中小學(xué)承接了接受殘疾兒童進(jìn)校就讀工作的任務(wù)。那么如何能更好的讓隨班就讀學(xué)生融入普通教學(xué)環(huán)境中來(lái),這無(wú)疑是給普通中小學(xué)教育帶來(lái)了壓力與考驗(yàn)。筆者通過(guò)在研究生三年里對(duì)特殊群體教育的關(guān)注與研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)美術(shù)教育能夠更好的讓特殊殘疾兒童接納,并且在一定程度上能夠?qū)埣矊W(xué)生的身心起到補(bǔ)償?shù)淖饔。因而通過(guò)自身所學(xué)習(xí)的美術(shù)教育專業(yè)嘗試介入隨班就讀教育工作,為隨班就讀教育的融合提供些許微薄的力量。由于新疆地區(qū)特殊教育起步較晚,隨班就讀工作也是漸漸才進(jìn)入普通學(xué)校的工作中,仍有許多問(wèn)題有待教育工作者們探索與解決。筆者通過(guò)各級(jí)文獻(xiàn)閱讀、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)、實(shí)地調(diào)研與訪談等等方式對(duì)我區(qū)隨班就讀學(xué)校美術(shù)學(xué)科建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀與問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究,認(rèn)為當(dāng)前隨班就讀教育美術(shù)學(xué)科方面存在以下幾個(gè)問(wèn)題:隨班就讀學(xué)校基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)相對(duì)滯后;隨班就讀學(xué)校美術(shù)師資力量匱乏,專業(yè)化水平較低;隨班就讀班級(jí)學(xué)生人數(shù)控制不合理;學(xué)生家長(zhǎng)與社會(huì)支持力度不夠等等,這些因素都制約著我區(qū)隨班就讀美術(shù)教育的發(fā)展。本論文以新疆地區(qū)特殊教育與美術(shù)教育為研究基礎(chǔ),提出了美術(shù)教育在發(fā)展隨班就讀過(guò)程中起到的重要作用。根據(jù)現(xiàn)階段我區(qū)隨班就讀教育美術(shù)學(xué)科發(fā)展基本情況,筆者提出更好貫徹國(guó)家教育方針,大力發(fā)展隨班就讀美術(shù)教育學(xué)科建設(shè)的思考與建議,即從學(xué)校對(duì)美術(shù)學(xué)科建設(shè)的重視度出發(fā)切實(shí)做好普通學(xué)校的隨班就讀美術(shù)教育工作;落實(shí)到美術(shù)教學(xué)方式與方法建設(shè);從美術(shù)教師建設(shè)出發(fā)加強(qiáng)師資的培養(yǎng)力度;通過(guò)多方合作,強(qiáng)化美術(shù)教育理念。通過(guò)多方協(xié)調(diào)合作,盡可能地滿足我區(qū)隨班就讀教育順利進(jìn)行,并提高中小學(xué)美術(shù)教育水平。
[Abstract]:With the development of education in China, the concept of integrated education has gradually penetrated into various fields of education. Up to now, the enrollment rate of children with disabilities has been greatly increased. Ordinary primary and secondary schools have taken on the task of accepting disabled children to attend school. So, how can we better integrate the students in the class into the general teaching environment? This undoubtedly brings pressure and test to ordinary primary and secondary education. Through the attention and research on special group education in the three years of graduate school, the author finds that fine arts education can be better accepted by children with special disabilities. And to a certain extent, it can compensate the students with disabilities. Therefore, they try to intervene in the education work of studying in the same class through the art education major they have studied. This provides some modest strength for the integration of class education. Due to the late start of special education in Xinjiang, it is also gradually coming to work in ordinary schools. There are still many problems to be explored and solved by educators. Through literature reading at all levels, data statistics, field research and interviews and so on, the author studies the present situation and problems of art discipline construction in the following schools in our area. The author thinks that there are some problems in the following aspects: the basic construction of the following schools is lagging behind, the art teachers in the following classes are short of teachers, and the level of specialization is low; The control of class size is unreasonable, the support of parents and society is not enough and so on. These factors restrict the development of art education in our district. This paper is based on special education and art education in Xinjiang. This paper puts forward the important role that art education plays in the process of developing special class education. According to the basic situation of the development of fine arts subject in the following class education in our district at the present stage, the author puts forward a better implementation of the national education policy. Thinking and suggestion of developing the subject construction of art education in class, that is, starting from the attention of the school to the construction of art subject, we should do well the art education in the ordinary school, and carry out the construction of the art teaching method and method. Starting from the construction of art teachers, we should strengthen the training of teachers; strengthen the concept of art education through multi-party cooperation; through multi-party coordination and cooperation, as far as possible to meet the smooth progress of class education in our area, and improve the level of art education in primary and secondary schools.
