【摘要】：志愿精神是一種在自愿的、不計(jì)報(bào)酬或收入的條件下而參與推動(dòng)人類發(fā)展、促進(jìn)社會(huì)進(jìn)步和完善社區(qū)工作的精神,是公眾參與社會(huì)生活的一種重要方式,是個(gè)人對(duì)生命價(jià)值、社會(huì)、人類以及人生觀的一種積極態(tài)度。初中階段是中學(xué)生身心健康發(fā)展的黃金時(shí)期,也是世界觀、人生觀、價(jià)值觀逐步形成的重要時(shí)期。初中生的成長(zhǎng)不是孤立的,而是逐漸適應(yīng)社會(huì)、融入社會(huì)的過(guò)程。“贈(zèng)人玫瑰,手留余香”,對(duì)初中生進(jìn)行志愿精神培育,學(xué)習(xí)“奉獻(xiàn)、友愛(ài)、互助、進(jìn)步”的志愿理念,號(hào)召更多的初中生參與志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng),不僅能夠增強(qiáng)參與社會(huì)的意識(shí),提高社會(huì)責(zé)任感,也是一種重要的鍛煉自身的方式。一雙筷子易折斷,十雙筷子抱成團(tuán)。一個(gè)初中生的力量是微弱的,但是初中生群體的力量卻是巨大的,是建設(shè)社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)不可忽視的重要力量。筆者緊緊圍繞“初中生志愿精神培育”這一主題,從對(duì)志愿精神的相關(guān)理論概述入手,包括志愿精神相關(guān)概念的界定、初中生志愿精神培育的理論依據(jù)、初中生志愿精神培育的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義;創(chuàng)造性地對(duì)初中生志愿精神培育的原則和內(nèi)容進(jìn)行詳細(xì)論述;在調(diào)查問(wèn)卷的基礎(chǔ)之上,掌握第一手資料,了解了當(dāng)前初中生志愿精神培育的現(xiàn)狀,分析了志愿精神培育存在的問(wèn)題,并挖掘了存在這些問(wèn)題的緣由;最后筆者根據(jù)初中生志愿精神培育目前存在的問(wèn)題,從學(xué)校、家庭、社會(huì)三方面探究了初中生志愿精神培育的對(duì)策。如增強(qiáng)學(xué)校志愿精神培育的主陣地作用、發(fā)揮家庭教育功能,培育初中生的志愿意識(shí)、營(yíng)造初中生志愿精神培育的社會(huì)環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Volunteerism is a spirit that participates in promoting human development, promoting social progress and improving community work on a voluntary basis, regardless of remuneration or income. It is an important way for the public to participate in social life and is the value of the individual to life. A positive attitude towards society, human beings and outlook on life. The junior middle school stage is a golden period for the development of middle school students' physical and mental health. It is also an important period for the gradual formation of world outlook, outlook on life, and values. The growth of junior high school students is not isolated. Instead, it is a process of gradually adapting to society and integrating into society. "give people roses, leave their hands behind," and cultivate the voluntary spirit of junior high school students and learn the voluntary concept of "dedication, fraternity, mutual assistance and progress". Calling on more junior high school students to participate in voluntary service activities can not only enhance the sense of social participation and social responsibility, but also be an important way to exercise themselves. A pair of chopsticks is easy to break. Ten pairs of chopsticks in a group. The strength of a junior high school student is weak, but the strength of a group of junior high school students is enormous. The author focuses on the theme of "cultivating the voluntary spirit of junior high school students" and begins with the summary of the related theory of voluntary spirit, including the definition of the related concept of voluntary spirit. The theoretical basis of junior high school students' voluntary spirit cultivation, the practical significance of junior high school students' voluntary spirit cultivation; creatively discuss the principles and contents of junior high school students' voluntary spirit cultivation in detail; on the basis of questionnaire, grasp the first-hand information. Understand the current situation of junior high school students' volunteer spirit cultivation, analyze the existing problems of voluntary spirit cultivation, and excavate the reason of these problems; finally, according to the existing problems of junior high school students' voluntary spirit cultivation, from school, family, This paper probes into the countermeasures of cultivating the voluntary spirit of junior high school students from three aspects of society, such as strengthening the main role of the cultivation of voluntary spirit in schools, giving play to the function of family education, cultivating the voluntary consciousness of junior high school students, and creating a social environment for the cultivation of voluntary spirit of junior high school students.
