畢節(jié)市七星關(guān)區(qū)中小學(xué)體育風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別與應(yīng)對(duì)研究

【摘要】:中小學(xué)體育安全問(wèn)題一直以來(lái)都是社會(huì)關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)問(wèn)題,近年來(lái)學(xué)校體育傷害事故的發(fā)生呈上升的趨勢(shì),這對(duì)處在青春發(fā)育期的學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō)是極為不利的,不僅造成了身體上的傷害,也對(duì)心理健康造成了一定的影響。學(xué)校和教師將因此而面臨著遭受起訴的可能,可能面臨高昂的醫(yī)療賠償及精神補(bǔ)償?shù)冉?jīng)濟(jì)損失,如果新聞媒體介入,學(xué)校的形象和聲譽(yù)也將可能受到不良影響,學(xué)校體育風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問(wèn)題已經(jīng)成為阻礙學(xué)校體育發(fā)展的重要因素之一。隨著我國(guó)學(xué)校體育課程改革步伐不斷的加快,體育教學(xué)內(nèi)容日趨豐富,選項(xiàng)課日漸增多,而體育教學(xué)經(jīng)費(fèi)投入?yún)s相對(duì)不足,學(xué)校體育場(chǎng)地、設(shè)施、器械陳舊,存在安全隱患,尤其是在偏遠(yuǎn)的貴州省畢節(jié)市七星關(guān)區(qū),該問(wèn)題顯得更為凸顯。畢節(jié)市七星關(guān)區(qū)中小學(xué)體育課程實(shí)施安全教育的現(xiàn)狀不容樂(lè)觀,用于安全教育的時(shí)間零散。學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)體育課程實(shí)施安全教育的措施主要是督促體育教師進(jìn)行范化管理,體育教師實(shí)施安全教育的方式僅僅限于理論講解。學(xué)生們?cè)隗w育課程中受傷情況時(shí)有發(fā)生。目前,七星關(guān)區(qū)缺乏針對(duì)學(xué)校體育風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理方面的研究,對(duì)中、小學(xué)體育風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理方面的專(zhuān)門(mén)性研究更是少之又少,因此,對(duì)這一領(lǐng)域的研究迫在眉睫。本文采用了文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、觀察法、行動(dòng)研究法等方法,探索體育課程實(shí)施安全教育的途徑、方式和內(nèi)容。通過(guò)對(duì)畢節(jié)市七星關(guān)區(qū)中、小學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、體育教師、學(xué)生等不同人群的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,了解貴州省畢節(jié)市七星關(guān)區(qū)中、小學(xué)體育課程實(shí)施安全教育的現(xiàn)狀,體育課程實(shí)施安全教育的目標(biāo)、原則、途徑、內(nèi)容、方式以及學(xué)生掌握的情況和不同人群對(duì)體育課程實(shí)施,安全教育的態(tài)度,構(gòu)建體育課程安全教育的方案,并且進(jìn)行行動(dòng)研究,為體育課程實(shí)施安全教育提供可行性的參考建議。
[Abstract]:The safety of physical education in primary and secondary schools has always been the focus of social concern. In recent years, the occurrence of sports injury accidents in schools is on the rise, which is extremely disadvantageous to the students who are in the period of youth development. It not only causes physical harm, but also has a certain impact on mental health. Schools and teachers will face the possibility of being prosecuted for this, and may face financial losses such as high medical compensation and mental compensation. If the news media intervene, the image and reputation of the school may also be adversely affected. The risk of school sports has become one of the important factors hindering the development of school physical education. The content of physical education is becoming richer and the optional courses are increasing day by day, but the funds for physical education are relatively insufficient. The school sports venues, facilities and equipment are old, and there are hidden dangers to safety, especially in the remote Qixing Guan District of Bijie City, Guizhou Province. This problem is even more prominent. The present situation of implementing safety education in primary and secondary schools in Qixingguan District of Bijie is not optimistic. The measures taken by school leaders to carry out safety education in physical education courses are mainly to urge physical education teachers to carry out standardized management. The way for PE teachers to carry out safety education is limited to theoretical explanation. Students' injuries occur from time to time in physical education courses. At present, there is a lack of research on the risk management of school sports in Qixing Guan District. Therefore, it is urgent to study this field. This paper adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, observation, action research and so on. This paper explores the ways, methods and contents of implementing safety education in physical education courses. Through the questionnaire survey of different groups of people, such as primary school leaders, physical education teachers and students, in Qixing Guan District, Bijie City, Guizhou Province, we know about Qixing Guan District in Bijie City, Guizhou Province. The present situation of implementing safety education in physical education course in primary school, the goal, principle, way, content, method and students' mastery of safety education in physical education curriculum, and the attitude of different people to the implementation and safety education of physical education curriculum, To construct the safety education plan of physical education curriculum and carry on the action research to provide the feasible reference suggestion for the physical education curriculum to carry out the safety education.
