【摘要】：企業(yè)如何確定工程項(xiàng)目的采購(gòu)集成部分,是項(xiàng)目管理規(guī)劃階段重要基礎(chǔ)工作。MBHN分析技術(shù)是一項(xiàng)分析確定工程項(xiàng)目需要采購(gòu)部分的工具,通過對(duì)企業(yè)有無(wú)制造資格和自制還是采購(gòu)的二維分析,企業(yè)可以清晰地劃分確定該工程項(xiàng)目自制部分和采購(gòu)集成部分。應(yīng)用實(shí)例說明了MBHN分析技術(shù)可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:How to determine the procurement integration part of the engineering project is an important basic work in the project management planning stage. MBHN analysis technology is a tool to analyze and determine the procurement part of the engineering project. Through the two-dimensional analysis of whether the enterprise has manufacturing qualification or not and whether it is self-made or not, the enterprise can clearly determine the self-made part and the procurement integration part of the project. An example is given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of MBHN analysis technique.
