A企業(yè)數(shù)字電氣平臺(tái)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理研究
[Abstract]:With the quickening of the construction process of enterprise informatization, the traditional hydropower survey and design enterprises are also strengthening the construction of informatization and digital projects, in order to realize the optimization of business system and improve the efficiency and competitiveness of design. In the construction process of such software projects, multi-department and multi-professional participation is often required, and the implementation and R & D results are required to be put into production and application in time. Because of the high complexity and uncertainty of the software project, it is necessary to apply the systematic project management method in the management of the software project to solve the informatization of the enterprise, for the survey and design enterprises which take the design as the main business. The progress management problems faced in the process of rapid development and construction of digital projects. Firstly, on the basis of collecting and reading relevant documents, this paper studies the project schedule management at home and abroad, and focuses on the theoretical basis of project management and project schedule management in the process of summarizing the relevant theories. The software project is different from the traditional project, and the characteristics of the software project are compared and analyzed. In this paper, the characteristics of organization structure of enterprise A and the project management mode and management status of digital center in enterprise information department are studied, and the existing problems and root causes of software project management in enterprise A are summarized. Taking the typical digital electric platform project of A enterprise digital center as an example, this paper applies the method of project management to the systematic management of the project, especially focusing on the outstanding problem of the overdue period of the project in the past. Focus on project schedule management research. Based on the theory of job structure decomposition, plan evaluation, critical path method, job responsibility matrix and earned value management, project management is carried out. In the research process, the plan management, change management and dynamic monitoring of the project are studied in detail. The earned value management is used to monitor the progress and cost of the project dynamically. In the research process, the deficiency of earned value analysis is also pointed out. The earned value analysis method based on critical path is applied to distinguish the earned value between critical path and non-critical path, and the source of deviation is more precise, so that the personnel at all levels of the project have a more accurate understanding of the progress of the project. According to the results of earned value analysis, timely measures are taken to make the project delivery on time, the progress of the project is effectively controlled, and the R & D results are converted into production and application in time. In the process of research, the methods of project implementation are summarized and refined, which provides a feasible project management method and experience for the progress management of software projects in A enterprise.
