【摘要】：探討了在執(zhí)行控制體系下的公路工程建設(shè)管理信息化框架的構(gòu)建,該框架可以從3個維度來描述,即項目信息文化、項目管理組織結(jié)構(gòu)和配套項目管理軟件的開發(fā)�？蚣艿臉�(gòu)建幫助建設(shè)管理人員和項目管理軟件開發(fā)人員充分認(rèn)識和理解信息文化的建設(shè)作為軟硬環(huán)境的完善是成功實施管理信息化的前提和基礎(chǔ),適合管理信息化的組織結(jié)構(gòu)是成功實施信息化的保障,配套項目管理軟件的開發(fā)是實施管理信息化的核心技術(shù)。并以廣州珠江黃埔大橋執(zhí)行控制體系下的管理信息化為例,驗證了該框架的合理性和有效性。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the construction of highway engineering construction management information framework under execution control system. The framework can be described from three dimensions, namely, project information culture. Development of project management organization structure and supporting project management software. The construction of the framework helps construction managers and project management software developers fully understand and understand the importance of building information culture as a soft and hard environment. The premise and foundation of the implementation of information management, The organizational structure suitable for information management is the guarantee of successful implementation of information technology, and the development of supporting project management software is the core technology of implementation of management information, and taking the management information system of Guangzhou Zhujiang River Huangpu Bridge as an example, The rationality and validity of the framework are verified.
