【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的發(fā)展,環(huán)境問題特別是"三廢"排放現(xiàn)狀引發(fā)大眾關(guān)注,而地方政府環(huán)保財政支出是保障環(huán)境行動的重要手段。本文選取2013~2016年我國除西藏以外的30個省(市、區(qū))信息,完成地方財務(wù)環(huán)境保護(hù)開銷和環(huán)保行為作用參量分析,給出研究方案,針對兩者關(guān)聯(lián)采用空間面板解析,獲取空間面板模式測試值。通過實(shí)例論證,判定地方財務(wù)開銷和"三廢"狀況關(guān)聯(lián),完成回歸和穩(wěn)定性校驗(yàn),并給出地方政府環(huán)保財政支出和"三廢"污染治理的結(jié)論和建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society, environmental problems especially the discharge of "three wastes" situation causing public concern, environmental protection and local government fiscal expenditure is an important means to protect the environment action. This paper selects 30 2013~2016 in China except Tibet (city, district) information, complete the analysis of protection and environmental protection act of financial expenses environment parameters, gives the research plan, according to their correlation by using spatial panel analysis, obtain the spatial panel model test value. Through the example analysis, determine the related local financial expenses and the "three wastes" status, complete regression and stability checking, and gives the local government fiscal expenditure and environmental pollution of "three wastes" conclusions and suggestions.
