【摘要】：旅游制度供給的目標(biāo)、導(dǎo)向和內(nèi)容直接影響到海南旅游產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量、特色和結(jié)構(gòu)等一系列問(wèn)題,尤其在我國(guó)政府主導(dǎo)型旅游發(fā)展模式下,旅游制度供給對(duì)旅游產(chǎn)品開發(fā)有著尤為重要的作用。基于對(duì)海南建省辦經(jīng)濟(jì)特區(qū)以來(lái)旅游制度供給的背景、內(nèi)容與階段性特點(diǎn)的分析,并以國(guó)家供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革方針為指引,結(jié)合海南省旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的實(shí)際情況,提出了旅游制度供給的內(nèi)容和針對(duì)性供給措施。
[Abstract]:The target, orientation and content of tourism system supply directly affect a series of problems such as the quality, characteristics and structure of Hainan tourism products, especially under the pattern of government-led tourism development in China. The supply of tourism system plays an important role in the development of tourism products. Based on the analysis of the background, content and phased characteristics of the supply of tourism system since the establishment of the special economic zone in Hainan Province, and guided by the national supply-side structural reform policy, and in the light of the actual situation of tourism development in Hainan Province, Put forward the content of tourism system supply and targeted supply measures.
