【摘要】：試圖破解"錢學(xué)森之問",以我國"兩彈一星"功勛科學(xué)家為樣本,通過深入剖析影響23位功勛科學(xué)家成長和成功的關(guān)鍵因素,發(fā)現(xiàn)他們主要具有五個(gè)共同特征,即大都出身于進(jìn)取精神更強(qiáng)的中產(chǎn)階級(jí)家庭、真正做到了學(xué)貫中西、大學(xué)時(shí)代進(jìn)入名校且得到名師指點(diǎn)、身處中華民族危急存亡時(shí)代形成了國家民族利益至上的使命感、熱愛并對(duì)科學(xué)技術(shù)滿懷敬畏,這些共同特征或者就是成就大師的法寶,可以作為我國發(fā)現(xiàn)、選擇和培養(yǎng)科技創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)軍人才的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Trying to decipher "the question of Qian Xuesen", taking the "two bombs and one Star" meritorious scientists as samples, through in-depth analysis of the key factors that affect the growth and success of 23 meritorious scientists, it is found that they mainly have five common characteristics. That is, most of them came from middle-class families with stronger enterprising spirit. They really learned from China and the West, entered famous schools and got advice from famous teachers during their college years, and formed a sense of mission in the critical times of survival and death of the Chinese nation, in which the interests of the nation were paramount. Love and full of reverence for science and technology, these common characteristics or is the magic weapon of the master of achievement, can be used as the theoretical basis of discovering, selecting and training the scientific and technological innovation leader in our country.
