【摘要】：環(huán)己磺菌胺是由中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)自主研發(fā)的含有磺酰胺結(jié)構(gòu)的殺菌劑,以該化合物為代表的系列化合物在2005年申請(qǐng)專利并獲得授權(quán)。此后,多家農(nóng)藥公司申請(qǐng)了環(huán)己磺菌胺的復(fù)配組合物專利,部分申請(qǐng)已經(jīng)獲得了授權(quán)。探討了環(huán)己磺菌胺的專利申請(qǐng)和保護(hù)現(xiàn)狀,為今后自主研發(fā)農(nóng)藥的專利保護(hù)提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Cyclohexenesulfylamine is a self-developed fungicide with sulfonamide structure developed by China Agricultural University. A series of compounds represented by this compound were patented and licensed in 2005. Since then, a number of pesticide companies have patented the compound of cyclohexanilamide, some of which have been licensed. The present situation of patent application and protection of cyclohexenesulfomycetamine is discussed in order to provide reference for patent protection of self-developed pesticides in the future.
