【摘要】：人類的進(jìn)步與科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展是密切聯(lián)系的�？茖W(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)展的程度往往能夠成為社會進(jìn)步的標(biāo)志。到科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)展到20世紀(jì)的時候,我們可以認(rèn)為人類社會已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了“大科學(xué)時代”,也就是科學(xué)技術(shù)社會化的時代�？茖W(xué)對人類有巨大的價值,特別是當(dāng)代,科學(xué)技術(shù)與社會的廣泛結(jié)合,不僅改變著個人、家庭、社會、國家,而且引起了全球在經(jīng)濟(jì)政治軍事文化教育意識形態(tài)以至整個社會的變化。 科學(xué)技術(shù)的競爭,特別是人才的競爭,是世界各國競爭的焦點,從移民條例其中一條“人才引進(jìn)”就可窺見一斑。曾經(jīng)在全球主導(dǎo)地位的國家究其根本原因都是擁有一批具備強烈科技意識,并且能把科技意識轉(zhuǎn)化為科學(xué)技術(shù),應(yīng)用于科學(xué)技術(shù),進(jìn)而推動本國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的人才。當(dāng)前一場以電子科技、新材料、生物工程和宇航技術(shù)為標(biāo)志的革命浪潮已經(jīng)興起,尤其是電子科技的飛速發(fā)展,被人們稱為“第四次科技革命”。為了在已經(jīng)到來的第四次科技革命中促進(jìn)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,鞏固我國的大國地位,維護(hù)世界格局的穩(wěn)定性和平衡性,必須培養(yǎng)更多具有現(xiàn)代科技意識的人才。因此,對于我國未成年人科技意識的培養(yǎng)尤為重要。 本文從未成年人與科技意識的關(guān)系分析開始,提出了對于未成年人科技意識培養(yǎng)的戰(zhàn)略意義,分析我國未成年人科技意識現(xiàn)狀以及存在問題,提出了對我國未成年人科技意識培養(yǎng)的基本途徑。在這四部分中,都提出了觀點和分析,并盡量列舉吉林省的實際情況作為例子,使全文理論和實際能夠結(jié)合,內(nèi)容豐富,論證完整。
[Abstract]:The progress of mankind is closely related to the development of science and technology. The degree of development of science and technology can often become a sign of social progress. By the time of the development of science and technology to the 20th century, we can think that the human society has entered the "great scientific era", that is, the era of the socialization of science and technology. Science has great value to human beings, especially in the present age, the extensive combination of science and technology with society, not only changes the individual, the family, the society, the country, And caused the global economic, political, military, cultural, educational, ideological and even social changes. The competition of science and technology, especially the competition of talents, is the focus of competition all over the world. The fundamental reason for the countries that once dominated the world is that they have a group of talents who have strong scientific and technological consciousness, who can transform the consciousness of science and technology into science and technology and apply it to science and technology so as to promote the development of their own economy. At present, a revolutionary wave marked by electronic technology, new materials, biological engineering and aerospace technology has emerged, especially the rapid development of electronic science and technology, which has been called the "fourth scientific and technological revolution". In order to promote the economic development of our country, consolidate our country's status as a big country and maintain the stability and balance of the world pattern in the coming fourth scientific and technological revolution, we must train more talents with modern scientific and technological consciousness. Therefore, it is particularly important for the cultivation of science and technology consciousness of minors in our country. This article begins with the analysis of the relationship between the minors and the scientific and technological consciousness, puts forward the strategic significance for the cultivation of the minors' scientific and technological consciousness, and analyzes the present situation and the existing problems of the minors' scientific and technological consciousness in China. This paper puts forward the basic ways to cultivate the consciousness of science and technology of the minors in our country. In these four parts, the viewpoint and analysis are put forward, and the actual situation of Jilin Province is cited as an example as far as possible, so that the full text theory and practice can be combined, the content is rich, and the demonstration is complete.
