【摘要】：新中國(guó)成立以后至今，我國(guó)總共召開(kāi)了四次全國(guó)科技大會(huì)。1956年，中共中央關(guān)于知識(shí)分子問(wèn)題的會(huì)議在北京召開(kāi)，提出了“向科學(xué)進(jìn)軍”的號(hào)召。這次會(huì)議，是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政以后專門召開(kāi)的為了解決知識(shí)分子問(wèn)題和發(fā)展科學(xué)技術(shù)的一次歷史性會(huì)議。1978年春天，黨中央在北京召開(kāi)全國(guó)科學(xué)大會(huì)。這次大會(huì)是文革以后科技戰(zhàn)線上的撥亂反正，明確了科學(xué)技術(shù)是生產(chǎn)力這一重要思想，迎來(lái)了科學(xué)的春天。20世紀(jì)，科學(xué)技術(shù)向生產(chǎn)力的轉(zhuǎn)化速度更為快速，知識(shí)的傳播更加快捷�？茖W(xué)技術(shù)和教育的發(fā)展方向走向復(fù)雜化、綜合化和國(guó)際化。中共中央于1995年召開(kāi)了又一次全國(guó)科技大會(huì)，向全黨全國(guó)人民發(fā)出了堅(jiān)定不移地實(shí)施科教興國(guó)戰(zhàn)略的偉大號(hào)召。21世紀(jì)是知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)和高科技的時(shí)代，，對(duì)我國(guó)的科技事業(yè)發(fā)展又提出了新的要求。黨中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人為了應(yīng)對(duì)世界新形勢(shì)，于2006年召開(kāi)了全國(guó)科學(xué)技術(shù)大會(huì)，這是我國(guó)在新世紀(jì)召開(kāi)的第一次全國(guó)科技大會(huì)，動(dòng)員全黨全社會(huì)實(shí)施《國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期科學(xué)和技術(shù)發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要（2006－2020年）》，堅(jiān)持走中國(guó)特色自主創(chuàng)新道路，為建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國(guó)家而努力奮斗。本文的創(chuàng)新之處就是將新中國(guó)成立以來(lái)的四次全國(guó)科技大會(huì)作為獨(dú)立的研究對(duì)象，以主題作為切入點(diǎn)，研究四次科技大會(huì)的主題之間存在著怎樣的內(nèi)在邏輯聯(lián)系，從而探尋出四次全國(guó)科技大會(huì)對(duì)中國(guó)科技事業(yè)的重要意義。在研究的過(guò)程中，本人發(fā)現(xiàn)每次科技大會(huì)的勝利召開(kāi)都離不開(kāi)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的正確領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，每一代中共領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的科技發(fā)展思想都隨著歷史的進(jìn)程層層推進(jìn)，在上一代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體思想的基礎(chǔ)上不斷向前發(fā)展。每一次科技大會(huì)的主題都是當(dāng)時(shí)中共領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體的科技思想結(jié)晶，本文對(duì)此做出了比較系統(tǒng)的梳理。當(dāng)然，本文還存在一些不足之處，主題之間的內(nèi)在邏輯聯(lián)系性分析地還不夠深入，對(duì)四次科技大會(huì)的研究還不夠全面。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, four national scientific and technological conferences have been held in China. In 1956, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China held a conference on intellectual issues in Beijing. The conference was a historic meeting specially convened after the Communist Party of China took power to solve the problem of intellectuals and to develop science and technology. In the spring of 1978. The Party Central Committee held a national science conference in Beijing. This conference was a rectification of the chaos on the scientific and technological front after the Cultural Revolution, made clear the important idea that science and technology are productive forces, and ushered in the scientific spring of the 20th century. The speed of transformation from science and technology to productive forces is faster, the dissemination of knowledge is more rapid, and the direction of development of science and technology and education is becoming more complicated. Integration and internationalization. The CPC Central Committee held another national science and technology conference on 1995. The great call to the whole party and the whole people to unswervingly implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education. The 21st century is an era of knowledge economy and high technology. In order to cope with the new situation in the world, the leaders of the CPC Central Committee convened the National Conference on Science and Technology in 2006. This is the first national science and technology conference to be held in the new century to mobilize the whole party and society to implement the "outline of the State's Medium- and Long-Term Science and Technology Development Plan 2006-2020". Adhere to the road of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics and strive to build an innovative country. The innovation of this paper is to take the four national scientific and technological conferences since the founding of New China as the independent research object. With the theme as the starting point, this paper studies the inherent logical relationship between the four scientific and technological conferences, and explores the significance of the four national science and technology conferences to China's scientific and technological undertakings. I find that the success of each science and technology Congress can not be separated from the correct leadership of the Communist Party of China, each generation of leaders in science and technology development with the process of history layer by layer. The theme of each science and technology conference is the crystallization of the scientific and technological thoughts of the leading collective of the Communist Party of China at that time. This paper makes a relatively systematic combing of this. Of course. There are still some shortcomings in this paper. The internal logical connection between the subjects is not deep enough, and the research on the four scientific and technological congresses is not comprehensive enough.
