基于移動互聯(lián)網的企業(yè)級CRM系統(tǒng)設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:為了提高企業(yè)在經濟浪潮中的核心競爭力,企業(yè)不斷改善著自己的經營方式,甚至會進行根本性的變革,因為客戶關系管理涉及到企業(yè)運營的很多方面,因此它能夠促進企業(yè)實現(xiàn)這種變革。雖然已經進入了移動互聯(lián)網時代,但國內的大部分CRM系統(tǒng)沒能適應這種變化,即不能支持移動客戶端的訪問。目前已經進入了智能手機時代,出現(xiàn)了很多新型的移動設備,如Android手機等,會有越來越多的工程人員和研究人員進入移動CRM領域。本文針對CRM系統(tǒng)的實際需求和移動互聯(lián)網的趨勢,涉及內容既包括傳統(tǒng)的基于網頁形式的管理系統(tǒng),又包括基于Android平臺的應用系統(tǒng),并實際運用到客戶管理工作中,取得良好效果。 此CRM系統(tǒng)一方面是采用ExtJs作為前端框架,用戶通過瀏覽器可以訪問并對客戶信息進行管理的系統(tǒng);另一方面是結合Android系統(tǒng)技術和HTTP協(xié)議的客戶端應用系統(tǒng),可以安裝在用戶的Android系統(tǒng)設備上,用戶開啟應用程序通過相關界面即可對客戶信息進行管理。主要實現(xiàn)的功能模塊包括對客戶信息進行管理的客戶管理和查看統(tǒng)計信息的圖表分析等模塊,根據(jù)CRM系統(tǒng)的實際需求,為了達到界面友好,響應速度快,操作簡單,系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性高的要求,本文分析了系統(tǒng)的主要功能,對系統(tǒng)進行了概要設計和詳細設計,并詳細介紹了系統(tǒng)服務器端和客戶端的實現(xiàn)和測試信息。 為了提高系統(tǒng)的響應速度,系統(tǒng)采用了基于Apache和Tomcat的負載均衡系統(tǒng);為了改善傳統(tǒng)的Web系統(tǒng)交互性差的情況,系統(tǒng)采用了Ext Js技術來作為前端框架,頁面組件豐富,提升了用戶體驗;為了提高系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性,解決傳統(tǒng)單數(shù)據(jù)庫的訪問速度慢,單點故障等問題,在數(shù)據(jù)庫服務器端采用了集群技術;為了能夠很好的展現(xiàn)客戶信息、訂單信息、等相關信息,系統(tǒng)在服務器端和客戶端均采用圖表技術來顯示客戶等統(tǒng)計信息。 論文在最后結合系統(tǒng)測試結果給出了全文的總結,并提出了目前系統(tǒng)存在的不足和缺陷,并對下一步的工作提出了展望。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises in the economic wave, enterprises are constantly improving their own business methods, and even carry out fundamental changes, because customer relationship management involves many aspects of business operations. Therefore, it can promote enterprises to realize this kind of change. Although it has entered the era of mobile Internet, most CRM systems in China have failed to adapt to this change. That is, it cannot support the access of mobile clients. At present, it has entered the age of smart phones, and many new mobile devices, such as Android phones, have emerged. More and more engineers and researchers will enter the field of mobile CRM. This paper aims at the actual demand of CRM system and the trend of mobile Internet. It also includes the application system based on Android platform, and it has been applied to customer management and achieved good results. On the one hand, the CRM system uses ExtJs as the front-end frame, the user can access and manage the customer information through the browser, on the other hand, it is the client application system which combines the Android system technology and the HTTP protocol. Can be installed on a user's Android system device, The user opens the application program to manage the customer information through the related interface. The main function module includes the customer management of the customer information management and the chart analysis module of viewing the statistics information, etc. According to the actual demand of CRM system, in order to achieve the requirements of friendly interface, fast response, simple operation and high system stability, this paper analyzes the main functions of the system, and gives a brief design and detailed design of the system. The implementation and test information of the system server and client are introduced in detail. In order to improve the response speed of the system, the system adopts the load balancing system based on Apache and Tomcat, in order to improve the traditional Web system with poor interactivity, the system adopts Ext JS technology as the front-end frame, and the page components are rich. In order to improve the stability of the system and solve the problems such as slow access speed and single point failure of traditional single database, cluster technology is used in the database server; in order to show customer information, order information, and so on, The system uses chart technology to display statistical information on the server and client. At the end of the paper, combined with the test results of the system, the paper gives a summary of the full text, and puts forward the shortcomings and defects of the current system, and puts forward the prospect of the next work.
