【摘要】：推動傳統(tǒng)媒體與新媒體深度融合發(fā)展,是適應我國媒體格局深刻變化,提升主流媒體傳播力、公信力、影響力和輿論引導力的必然訴求。我國媒體深度融合發(fā)展有著自身的行動邏輯,存在三大典型模式。目前我國媒體深度融合面臨著"認識誤區(qū)"、人才空缺、體制機制建設滯后、盈利模式不成熟、知識產(chǎn)權保護不力等問題,破解這些問題就必須深化傳媒管理體制改革,推動媒體跨界融合發(fā)展;加強知識產(chǎn)權保護,建立健全以IP開發(fā)為核心的盈利模式;促進思想解放,打造新型傳媒人才隊伍;完善扶持政策,強化媒體融合發(fā)展的內生動力。
[Abstract]:To promote the deep integration of traditional media and new media is an inevitable demand to adapt to the profound changes in the media pattern of our country and to enhance the communication power, credibility, influence and guiding power of the mainstream media. The development of deep media integration in China has its own logic of action, and there are three typical models. At present, the deep integration of media in our country is faced with such problems as "misunderstanding of understanding", lack of talents, lagging behind in the construction of system and mechanism, immature profit model, weak protection of intellectual property rights, etc. To solve these problems, we must deepen the reform of the media management system. Promote the development of media cross-border integration; strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights, establish and improve the IP development as the core of the profit model; promote ideological emancipation, create a new type of media talent team; improve support policies, strengthen the endogenous power of media integration development.
