【摘要】："腎主骨"理論內(nèi)涵頗為明確,而"少陽(yáng)主骨"理論指代較模糊,分析其原因有:《內(nèi)經(jīng)》未作充分闡釋、經(jīng)典原文存在爭(zhēng)議、臨床適應(yīng)證不明確以及后世醫(yī)家理論闡釋不統(tǒng)一。"腎主骨"理論偏重于骨的生發(fā)角度而言,指代較為清晰單一,而"少陽(yáng)主骨"立論時(shí)偏重于骨的使用角度,包含了肝血、腎精、氣血、經(jīng)絡(luò)以及筋骨協(xié)調(diào)配合等概念,是一個(gè)多元化的、寬泛的理論范疇,較難直接闡明,因此,"少陽(yáng)主骨"理論指代模糊似乎是前人有意為之。
[Abstract]:The connotation of the theory of "kidney main bone" is quite clear, while the theory of "Shaoyang main bone" is vague. The reasons are as follows: the Internal Canon has not been fully explained, and the classical original text is controversial. The clinical indications are not clear and the interpretation of later medical theory is not uniform. " As far as the theory of "kidney main bone" is concerned, the finger is more clear and single than the angle of birth of bone, while the theory of "Shaoyang main bone" emphasizes the angle of use of bone, including the concepts of liver and blood, kidney essence, qi and blood, meridian and coordination between muscles and bones, and so on. It is a diversified and broad theoretical category, which is difficult to clarify directly. Therefore, the ambiguity of the theory of "Shaoyang's main bones" seems to have been deliberately taken by predecessors.
