【摘要】：肺痹是以咳、喘、上氣、嘔、煩滿、脈微等為主要臨床表現(xiàn)的古代疾病名稱,其病名最早出現(xiàn)在《素問·痹論》中。痹證可按病位、感邪性質分成兩類;肺痹之病因病機大致可分為5個方面,即:皮痹不已,內舍于肺;外邪內傷,直達肺腑;七情用過,耗傷肺氣;中焦受害,土不生金;少陰不足,肺金失煦。此5類病機,對現(xiàn)代復雜疾病中歸屬肺痹范疇的疾病辨治具有參考和指導意義。
[Abstract]:Lung arthralgia is an ancient disease with cough, asthma, upper qi, vomiting, vexation and pulse microcirculation as its main clinical manifestation. Arthralgia syndrome can be divided into two categories according to the location of the disease and the nature of the sense of evil; the etiology and pathogenesis of lung arthralgia can be roughly divided into five aspects, namely: skin arthralgia without ceasing in the lung, internal injury of external evil, direct to the lung organs, use of seven emotions, consumption of lung qi, injury of middle scorch, no gold from soil; Less yin is insufficient, and the lung is golden. These five kinds of pathogenesis have reference and guiding significance for the differentiation and treatment of diseases belonging to the category of lung arthralgia in modern complex diseases.
