【摘要】：目的基于妊娠常見疑難病的高水平診治需求,分析《金匱要略》“妊娠病篇”及其方藥后世沿革,探討“妊娠病篇”的現(xiàn)代應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法結(jié)合臨床實(shí)踐,對(duì)《金匱要略》“妊娠病篇”原文進(jìn)行分析討論；剖析唐·孫思邈《千金要方》、宋·陳自明《婦人大全良方》對(duì)張仲景《金匱要略》“妊娠病篇”的繼承與發(fā)展；結(jié)合個(gè)人及前輩經(jīng)驗(yàn),繼承創(chuàng)新仲景治法方藥用于妊娠病診治。結(jié)果 《金匱要略》“妊娠病篇”所列的十張?zhí)幏蕉嗪泻笫浪^的妊娠禁忌藥與慎用之品。唐、宋時(shí)期在張仲景“妊娠病篇”基礎(chǔ)上,經(jīng)過數(shù)代醫(yī)家醫(yī)著傳承發(fā)展,創(chuàng)制了大量妊娠病治療新方藥,促進(jìn)了中醫(yī)婦產(chǎn)科學(xué)的發(fā)展與進(jìn)步。在當(dāng)前的醫(yī)療大環(huán)境下,對(duì)于“妊娠病篇”方藥仍有諸多爭議,醫(yī)者治療妊娠病而應(yīng)用“妊娠病篇”原方者極少,多對(duì)其進(jìn)行加減改良。然而近年來我們持續(xù)繼承并創(chuàng)新,結(jié)合西醫(yī)對(duì)妊娠生理、病理的新認(rèn)識(shí)進(jìn)展,重新審視并發(fā)現(xiàn)“妊娠病篇”當(dāng)歸、川芎、赤芍等藥物應(yīng)用的價(jià)值所在。結(jié)論1、《金匱要略》“妊娠病篇”方藥歷經(jīng)一千八百年,對(duì)現(xiàn)代臨床仍有指導(dǎo)意義與參考價(jià)值。2、仲景妊娠病篇作為妊娠病治療的先驅(qū),尚不能盡愈諸病,后世對(duì)其方藥進(jìn)行了有效的補(bǔ)充與完善。3、結(jié)合現(xiàn)代診治妊娠疾病新進(jìn)展,證明了“妊娠病篇”方藥的科學(xué)性、合理性,值得深入挖掘整理,進(jìn)行臨床與科研研究,更好的服務(wù)于臨床。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the history of pregnancy diseases and their prescriptions based on the requirement of high level diagnosis and treatment of common difficult diseases of pregnancy, and to explore the value of modern application of pregnancy diseases. Methods based on the clinical practice, the original text of pregnancy disease in synopsis of the Golden Chamber was analyzed and discussed. This paper analyzes the inheritance and development of Tang Sun Simiao's Qianjin important prescription and Song Chen Ziming's good prescription for Women's Great Quan to Zhang Zhongjing's synopsis of Golden Chamber. Combined with personal and previous experience, inherited and innovated Zhongjing prescription for the diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy disease. Results the ten prescriptions in synopsis of Chamber of Golden Chamber contained the contraindications and careful use of pregnancy drugs. In the Tang and Song dynasties, on the basis of Zhang Zhongjing's pregnancy Disorders, through the inheritance and development of several generations of doctors' books, a large number of new prescriptions for the treatment of pregnancy diseases were created, which promoted the development and progress of gynecology and obstetrics of traditional Chinese medicine. In the current medical environment, there are still many controversies about the prescription of "pregnancy disease article". Few doctors treat pregnancy disease and only a few use the original prescription of "pregnancy disease article", and most of them are modified by addition or subtraction. However, in recent years, we continue to inherit and innovate, combined with the new understanding of pregnancy physiology and pathology in Western medicine, and reexamine and find out the value of drug application of Angelica sinensis, Ligusticum chuanxiong and Radix Paeoniae Rubra. Conclusion 1. The prescriptions of pregnancy Diseases in synopsis of Chamber of Golden Chamber have a guiding significance and reference value for modern clinical practice after 1800 years. 2. As the forerunner of pregnancy disease treatment, Zhongjing pregnancy disease article can not cure all diseases. In combination with the new progress in the modern diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy diseases, it has proved that the prescriptions of pregnancy diseases are scientific and reasonable, and it is worth digging and sorting in depth, and carrying out clinical and scientific research. Better serve the clinic.
