【摘要】：采用問卷調查和病例調查的方法,9家醫(yī)院以中華中醫(yī)藥學會發(fā)布的7個肛腸科病種的中醫(yī)常見病診療指南為研究對象,評價研究指南的質量和臨床應用效果,包括適用性評價和應用性評價。263位臨床醫(yī)生接受《指南》的適用性調查,其中89.35%對《指南》比較熟悉,36.12%使用過該《指南》。在辨證論治相關內容中,評價合理性較高的是診斷要點(96.96%)、治則治法(96.20%)、辨證分類(88.59%);合理性較低的為調攝預防(65.02%),88.21%臨床醫(yī)生認為《中醫(yī)肛腸科常見病診療指南》完全適用和基本適用。通過觀察1 309份病例,對《指南》進行應用性評價,符合度較高的為西醫(yī)疾病診斷(98.70%)、中醫(yī)疾病診斷(90.76%);較低的為調攝預防(49.27%)�！吨改稀返陌踩院徒�(jīng)濟性較好,分別為97.02%,95.11%。綜合評價較好,總體療效與技術水平、滿意度、臨床適用性7~9分的分別為81.52%,80.60%,79.30%,適合臨床推廣應用。
[Abstract]:The methods of questionnaire and case investigation were used in 9 hospitals to evaluate the quality and clinical application of the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of 7 kinds of anorectal diseases in Chinese medicine, which were published by the Chinese Society of traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Among them, 89.35% were familiar with the guidelines and 36.12% had used the guidelines. In the related contents of syndrome differentiation and treatment, the relatively high evaluation rationality is that the main points of diagnosis are 96.966.95, the principle of treatment is 96.20, the differentiation of symptoms and signs is 88.599.The less reasonable is to prevent 65.02% of the clinicians who think that the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of common anal and intestinal diseases in traditional Chinese medicine is completely applicable and basically applicable. By observing 1 309 cases and evaluating the application of the guidelines, the higher degree of conformity was the diagnosis of diseases in western medicine (98.70), the diagnosis of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine (90.7667), and the lower in prevention (49.2727). The safety and economy of the guidelines were better, 97.02 and 95.11, respectively. The overall curative effect, technical level, satisfaction degree and clinical applicability were 81.52and 80.6079.30, respectively, which were suitable for clinical application.
