【摘要】：目前中醫(yī)藥在治療慢性腎功能衰竭(CRF)的實(shí)驗(yàn)和臨床研究都取得了比較理想的成果,臨床運(yùn)用其獨(dú)到的內(nèi)治法與外治法,取得了滿意的療效,因此成為現(xiàn)代治療早中期慢性腎功能衰竭的主要方法。本文對(duì)馬曉燕教授從“臟腑辨證”治療CRF的臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行總結(jié)剖析。提出慢性腎衰的病機(jī)關(guān)鍵是“腎虛毒蘊(yùn)”,毒邪包括濕毒、痰毒、瘀毒,腎虛是CRF發(fā)病基礎(chǔ),是毒邪產(chǎn)生的根源,痰濕瘀毒久蘊(yùn)腎絡(luò)是腎功能漸行惡化的重要病理因素,證屬本虛標(biāo)實(shí)。其治療以“臟腑辨證”為理論依據(jù),強(qiáng)調(diào)整體觀念,擬健脾益腎治其本,兼顧它臟,或平肝、養(yǎng)肝、疏肝,或宣肺利水、疏風(fēng)解表,或交通心腎、溫補(bǔ)心腎,同時(shí)祛濕滌痰化瘀以解毒,瀉濁通腑以排毒,標(biāo)本兼顧。對(duì)于CRF早、中期治療效果顯著,有效地保存了殘余腎功能,達(dá)到延緩腎功能衰竭進(jìn)一步惡化的目的,為本病的臨床治療提供了寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和辨治思路,具有重要的理論意義和實(shí)踐價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:At present, the experiment and clinical research of Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic renal failure (CRF) have achieved more ideal results. The clinical application of its unique internal and external treatment methods has achieved satisfactory results. Therefore, modern treatment of chronic renal failure in early and middle stage is the main method. Professor Ma Xiaoyan's clinical experience in treating CRF from zang-fu syndrome differentiation is summarized and analyzed in this paper. The key to the pathogenesis of chronic renal failure is "kidney deficiency and toxin accumulation", which include dampness toxin, phlegm toxin, blood stasis toxin, kidney deficiency is the basis of CRF, is the root of toxin evil, and phlegm dampness and stasis toxin accumulation of kidney collaterals is an important pathological factor for the progressive deterioration of renal function. The evidence belongs to the original empty standard solid. Its treatment is based on the theory of "syndrome differentiation of zang-fu organs", emphasizes the whole idea, intends to strengthen the spleen and invigorate the kidney to treat its root, and takes into account its viscera, or calming the liver, nourishing the liver, soothing the liver, or dispersing the liver, dispersing the lung and promoting water, or communicating the heart and kidney, warming up the heart and kidney, and warming up the heart and kidney. At the same time, removing dampness, removing phlegm and removing blood stasis to detoxify, purging turbid organs to detoxify. For CRF, the effect of early and medium-term treatment is remarkable, which can effectively preserve residual renal function, delay the further deterioration of renal failure, and provide valuable experience and thinking of differentiation and treatment for the clinical treatment of this disease. It has important theoretical significance and practical value.
