隨堂測(cè)試提高初中物理課堂教學(xué)效率的探究與實(shí)踐

【摘要】:2015年11月13日,濟(jì)南市教育局發(fā)布中考改革方案,2018年濟(jì)南中考物理學(xué)科將由原來(lái)的分?jǐn)?shù)制變?yōu)榈燃?jí)制,學(xué)生、家長(zhǎng)及校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)可能由此開(kāi)始減輕對(duì)物理學(xué)科的重視程度,而物理學(xué)科本身內(nèi)容的深度、難度及大學(xué)中大部分專(zhuān)業(yè)的知識(shí)儲(chǔ)備需求都要求學(xué)生學(xué)好物理,這就對(duì)所有一線物理老師提出了新的挑戰(zhàn)——提高物理課堂教學(xué)效率。本文從這個(gè)需求出發(fā),開(kāi)展了本次教育研究。對(duì)一名普通教師來(lái)說(shuō)實(shí)施重大的教學(xué)改革可能是不現(xiàn)實(shí)的,或會(huì)面臨巨大的由上到下的壓力和挑戰(zhàn),那我的教育研究就從一句俗話(huà)“分分分學(xué)生的命根,考考考老師的法寶”開(kāi)始,探究能否通過(guò)每節(jié)課進(jìn)行一個(gè)隨堂測(cè)試來(lái)提高初中物理課堂上的教學(xué)效率。本文引言部分主要介紹了問(wèn)題提出的緣由、文獻(xiàn)綜述、研究目的和意義、自己的特色及研究方法。第一章主要介紹了隨堂測(cè)試的定義、進(jìn)行方式、評(píng)價(jià)方式、意義、應(yīng)遵循的原則和教學(xué)效率的定義及相關(guān)研究。第二章主要介紹了隨堂測(cè)試提高初中物理課堂教學(xué)效率的理論依據(jù):建構(gòu)主義理論、學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)理論和認(rèn)知發(fā)展理論,使教育實(shí)驗(yàn)有理可依。第三章介紹了整個(gè)教育實(shí)驗(yàn)的研究過(guò)程,首先進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)前對(duì)學(xué)生成績(jī)和現(xiàn)狀分析,又對(duì)108名物理教師進(jìn)行了問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,了解教師對(duì)隨堂測(cè)試的認(rèn)可程度及存在的問(wèn)題等,我還對(duì)9名物理老師進(jìn)行了辦公室訪談,以求更加真實(shí)的了解隨堂測(cè)試的教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀和存在的困難、問(wèn)題等,接著我發(fā)揮教育碩士能夠親身實(shí)踐的優(yōu)勢(shì)進(jìn)行學(xué)生對(duì)照實(shí)驗(yàn),選取教學(xué)成績(jī)、學(xué)習(xí)風(fēng)氣相近的兩個(gè)班進(jìn)行對(duì)照實(shí)驗(yàn)。第四章是對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果的分析,成績(jī)分析和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查分析,經(jīng)過(guò)兩個(gè)多月的實(shí)踐實(shí)驗(yàn)班成績(jī)明顯高于對(duì)照班成績(jī),通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)后問(wèn)卷調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)實(shí)驗(yàn)班學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣、學(xué)習(xí)能力、學(xué)習(xí)主動(dòng)性等都明顯提高,而對(duì)照班的情況變化不大。第五章是對(duì)整篇論文的總結(jié)和分析,隨堂測(cè)試能夠提高初中物理課堂教學(xué)效率,但我們?cè)诮虒W(xué)中應(yīng)改進(jìn)不足,從而更好地促進(jìn)自己的教學(xué),促進(jìn)學(xué)生的發(fā)展。關(guān)于提高初中物理教學(xué)效率的論文浩如煙海,但提高物理教學(xué)效率不僅要有理論支持,還要有可行性支持和實(shí)驗(yàn)論證,而關(guān)于該課題能夠提出方案并有機(jī)會(huì)本人立即實(shí)施的不多,我將充分發(fā)揮在職教育碩士的有力條件,在實(shí)踐方面做出及時(shí)的反饋,一旦實(shí)施有效,我將同教研員提出有效的提高初中物理教學(xué)效率的方案,希望得到認(rèn)可實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:On November 13, 2015, the Jinan Municipal Bureau of Education released the reform plan for the middle school entrance examination. In 2018, the physics discipline in Jinan Middle School entrance examination will be changed from the original score system to the grade system, thus students, parents and school leaders may begin to lighten their attention to the physics subject. The depth and difficulty of physics itself and the requirement of knowledge reserve in most majors require students to learn physics well, which puts forward a new challenge to all physics teachers-to improve the efficiency of physics classroom teaching. This article starts from this demand, has carried on this education research. It may be unrealistic for an ordinary teacher to carry out a major teaching reform, or face enormous pressure and challenges from the top to the bottom, so my educational research starts with the saying, "divide the root of the student's life." The teacher's magic weapon begins to explore whether each class can be tested in order to improve the teaching efficiency in junior high school physics class. The introduction of this paper mainly introduces the reasons, literature review, purpose and significance of the research, their own characteristics and research methods. The first chapter mainly introduces the definition, the way of evaluation, the meaning, the principle and the definition of teaching efficiency. The second chapter mainly introduces the theoretical basis of classroom testing to improve the efficiency of physics classroom teaching in junior high school: constructivism theory, learning motivation theory and cognitive development theory, so that educational experiments can be justified. The third chapter introduces the research process of the whole educational experiment, firstly analyzes the students' achievement and present situation before the experiment, and then carries on the questionnaire survey to 108 physics teachers, to understand the teachers' recognition degree to the classroom test and the existing problems, and so on. I also conducted office interviews with nine physics teachers in order to get a more realistic understanding of the teaching situation, difficulties, problems, and so on. Then I gave full play to the advantages of the Master of Education in personal practice to carry out student control experiments. Two classes with similar learning atmosphere were selected and compared with each other. The fourth chapter is the analysis of the experiment result, the result analysis and the questionnaire investigation analysis. After more than two months, the result of the experimental class is obviously higher than that of the control class. Through the questionnaire survey after the experiment, it is found that the students of the experimental class are interested in learning and learning ability. Learning initiative has been significantly improved, while the situation of the control class has not changed much. The fifth chapter is the summary and analysis of the whole paper. Classroom testing can improve the efficiency of physics classroom teaching in junior high school, but we should improve the deficiency in teaching so as to better promote our own teaching and promote the development of students. Papers on improving the efficiency of physics teaching in junior high schools are vast, but to improve the efficiency of physics teaching, there must be not only theoretical support, but also feasibility support and experimental demonstration. But there are not many plans that can be proposed on this subject and I have the opportunity to implement it immediately. I will give full play to the strong conditions of the Master of on-the-job Education, make timely feedback in practice, and once it is implemented effectively, I will put forward an effective plan to improve the efficiency of physics teaching in junior high school with the teachers and researchers, and I hope to be recognized and implemented.
