隨堂測(cè)試提高初中物理課堂教學(xué)效率的探究與實(shí)踐
[Abstract]:On November 13, 2015, the Jinan Municipal Bureau of Education released the reform plan for the middle school entrance examination. In 2018, the physics discipline in Jinan Middle School entrance examination will be changed from the original score system to the grade system, thus students, parents and school leaders may begin to lighten their attention to the physics subject. The depth and difficulty of physics itself and the requirement of knowledge reserve in most majors require students to learn physics well, which puts forward a new challenge to all physics teachers-to improve the efficiency of physics classroom teaching. This article starts from this demand, has carried on this education research. It may be unrealistic for an ordinary teacher to carry out a major teaching reform, or face enormous pressure and challenges from the top to the bottom, so my educational research starts with the saying, "divide the root of the student's life." The teacher's magic weapon begins to explore whether each class can be tested in order to improve the teaching efficiency in junior high school physics class. The introduction of this paper mainly introduces the reasons, literature review, purpose and significance of the research, their own characteristics and research methods. The first chapter mainly introduces the definition, the way of evaluation, the meaning, the principle and the definition of teaching efficiency. The second chapter mainly introduces the theoretical basis of classroom testing to improve the efficiency of physics classroom teaching in junior high school: constructivism theory, learning motivation theory and cognitive development theory, so that educational experiments can be justified. The third chapter introduces the research process of the whole educational experiment, firstly analyzes the students' achievement and present situation before the experiment, and then carries on the questionnaire survey to 108 physics teachers, to understand the teachers' recognition degree to the classroom test and the existing problems, and so on. I also conducted office interviews with nine physics teachers in order to get a more realistic understanding of the teaching situation, difficulties, problems, and so on. Then I gave full play to the advantages of the Master of Education in personal practice to carry out student control experiments. Two classes with similar learning atmosphere were selected and compared with each other. The fourth chapter is the analysis of the experiment result, the result analysis and the questionnaire investigation analysis. After more than two months, the result of the experimental class is obviously higher than that of the control class. Through the questionnaire survey after the experiment, it is found that the students of the experimental class are interested in learning and learning ability. Learning initiative has been significantly improved, while the situation of the control class has not changed much. The fifth chapter is the summary and analysis of the whole paper. Classroom testing can improve the efficiency of physics classroom teaching in junior high school, but we should improve the deficiency in teaching so as to better promote our own teaching and promote the development of students. Papers on improving the efficiency of physics teaching in junior high schools are vast, but to improve the efficiency of physics teaching, there must be not only theoretical support, but also feasibility support and experimental demonstration. But there are not many plans that can be proposed on this subject and I have the opportunity to implement it immediately. I will give full play to the strong conditions of the Master of on-the-job Education, make timely feedback in practice, and once it is implemented effectively, I will put forward an effective plan to improve the efficiency of physics teaching in junior high school with the teachers and researchers, and I hope to be recognized and implemented.
