【摘要】：在當(dāng)今社會,教師具有教育者和學(xué)習(xí)者的雙重身份已成為共識。尤其是教師作為一名學(xué)習(xí)者,需要通過不斷的學(xué)習(xí),更新知識結(jié)構(gòu),保持知識的先進(jìn)性,促進(jìn)自身專業(yè)的發(fā)展,做終身學(xué)習(xí)的踐行者和示范者。無論是終身學(xué)習(xí)的時(shí)代背景,還是教育理論和實(shí)踐的發(fā)展,都要求教師終身學(xué)習(xí)。本研究在對歷史文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,采用問卷法對基礎(chǔ)教育階段教師的終身學(xué)習(xí)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,總結(jié)了基礎(chǔ)教育教師終身學(xué)習(xí)過程中存在的主要問題,并從教師個(gè)體、學(xué)校和政府三個(gè)層面提出了相應(yīng)的促進(jìn)性建議和策略。本論文的寫作分為五個(gè)部分:第一章,緒論。以研究問題的提出為起點(diǎn),認(rèn)為在終身教育和終身學(xué)習(xí)的國際大背景下我國終身學(xué)習(xí)已經(jīng)開展了很久,其現(xiàn)狀可以從基礎(chǔ)教育教師這個(gè)群體管窺一二。然后對終身學(xué)習(xí)的已有研究進(jìn)行了綜述,整理和分析已有的研究成果并發(fā)現(xiàn)其中存在的不足和問題,從而體現(xiàn)出研究的價(jià)值所在。第二章,是有關(guān)基礎(chǔ)教育教師終身學(xué)習(xí)理論的闡述,主要包括對論文中所涉及的基本概念的界定和基礎(chǔ)教育教師終身學(xué)習(xí)的理論基礎(chǔ)兩方面的內(nèi)容。第三章,主要是關(guān)于基礎(chǔ)教育教師終身學(xué)習(xí)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查,包括調(diào)查的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施、問卷調(diào)查的結(jié)果與分析兩方面的內(nèi)容。第四章,結(jié)合調(diào)查研究的結(jié)果重點(diǎn)論述了基礎(chǔ)教育教師終身學(xué)習(xí)存在的主要問題。第五章,主要闡述了對基礎(chǔ)教育教師終身學(xué)習(xí)問題的應(yīng)對策略與思考,以期為基礎(chǔ)教育教師終身學(xué)習(xí)提供一些指導(dǎo)和借鑒。
[Abstract]:In today's society, it has become a consensus that teachers have the dual identity of educators and learners. Especially as a learner, teachers need to renew their knowledge structure, maintain the advanced nature of knowledge, promote their own professional development, and be practitioners and models of lifelong learning. Both the background of lifelong learning and the development of educational theory and practice require lifelong learning of teachers. On the basis of combing the historical literature, this study investigates the present situation of teachers' lifelong learning in the basic education stage by questionnaire, summarizes the main problems existing in the process of lifelong learning of the basic education teachers, and analyzes the main problems of the teachers' lifelong learning from the perspective of individual teachers. Three levels of school and government put forward the corresponding promotion suggestions and strategies. This thesis is divided into five parts: chapter one, introduction. Taking the research question as the starting point, the author thinks that under the international background of lifelong education and lifelong learning, lifelong learning has been carried out in our country for a long time, and its present situation can be seen from the group of basic education teachers. Then the existing research on lifelong learning is summarized, the existing research results are sorted and analyzed, and the shortcomings and problems are found, so as to reflect the value of the research. The second chapter is about the basic education teachers' lifelong learning theory, including the definition of the basic concepts involved in the paper and the theoretical basis of the basic education teachers' lifelong learning. The third chapter is mainly about the investigation of the present situation of lifelong learning of basic education teachers, including the design and implementation of the survey, the results of the questionnaire and the analysis of the two aspects. The fourth chapter, combined with the results of the investigation, focuses on the main problems of lifelong learning of basic education teachers. In the fifth chapter, the author mainly expounds the countermeasures and thinking of the lifelong learning of basic education teachers, in order to provide some guidance and reference for the lifelong learning of basic education teachers.
