【摘要】：正 各省、自治區(qū)、直轄市及計劃單列市農(nóng)委(辦)農(nóng)業(yè)(農(nóng)牧漁業(yè)、農(nóng)牧、農(nóng)林)、畜牧、水產(chǎn)、農(nóng)機化廳(局):為貫徹執(zhí)行人事部關(guān)于農(nóng)民技術(shù)人員職稱評定工作的規(guī)定,進一步做好農(nóng)民技術(shù)人員職稱評定工作,并使之逐步規(guī)范化、制度化,經(jīng)過調(diào)查研究和反復(fù)征求意見后,制定了《農(nóng)民技術(shù)人員職稱評定與晉升暫行規(guī)定》,現(xiàn)印發(fā)給你們,請結(jié)合(1991)農(nóng)(人)字第50號文《關(guān)于轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)人事部農(nóng)民技術(shù)人員職稱評定工作的兩個文件的通知》一并貫徹執(zhí)行。各省、目治共、直轄市及計劃單列市的農(nóng)業(yè)部門可根據(jù)各地的具體情況,制定貫徹執(zhí)行暫行規(guī)定的實施細則,實
