【摘要】：實(shí)現(xiàn)城邦正義是柏拉圖的政治理想。為此,柏拉圖論證了城邦正義與個(gè)人正義之間的同構(gòu)性。但從人性論的視角著手對(duì)城邦正義做一番解析后就會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn),城邦正義與個(gè)人正義之間的關(guān)系并不是客觀的對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系,而是一種牽強(qiáng)的關(guān)系。這一關(guān)系使得立足于個(gè)人正義之上的城邦正義存在著內(nèi)在的理論困難,這與柏拉圖建構(gòu)理想城邦的初衷相悖。對(duì)柏拉圖城邦正義內(nèi)在的困難進(jìn)行人性論價(jià)值審視,以期對(duì)構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)個(gè)人自身的發(fā)展有一定的理論意義和啟發(fā)。
[Abstract]:The realization of polis justice is Plato's political ideal. Therefore, Plato demonstrated the isomorphism between city-state justice and individual justice. However, from the perspective of human nature, we can find that the relationship between city-state justice and individual justice is not an objective corresponding relationship, but a far-fetched one. This relationship makes the city-state justice based on individual justice have inherent theoretical difficulties, which is contrary to Plato's original intention of constructing ideal city-state. In order to construct the socialist harmonious society and realize the development of the individual, Plato's inner difficulties of justice are examined by the theory of human nature in order to have certain theoretical significance and inspiration to the construction of the socialist harmonious society and the realization of the individual's own development.
