【摘要】：急救是戰(zhàn)時為搶救負(fù)傷人員生命、改善傷況、預(yù)防并發(fā)癥而采取的最初救護。目的是通過對傷員實施緊急醫(yī)學(xué)處置挽救傷員生命,延長傷員生命存留時間,為后續(xù)治療創(chuàng)造條件。急救及時與否、質(zhì)量的好壞直接關(guān)系到傷員的生死存亡與后續(xù)治療,與廣大指戰(zhàn)員的生命息息相關(guān)。我軍現(xiàn)行衛(wèi)生員的急救范圍和技術(shù)措施是依據(jù)總后衛(wèi)生部1996年9月頒布的《戰(zhàn)傷救治規(guī)則》制定的,具有一定的局限性。近年來,隨著現(xiàn)代急救醫(yī)學(xué)的發(fā)展、《新兵役法》的實施和我軍衛(wèi)生裝備水平的提高,特別是主要方向作戰(zhàn)任務(wù)的進一步明確,急救的范圍是否擴大及如何擴大就成了戰(zhàn)時衛(wèi)勤研究中一個很重要的課題。 本課題旨在以新時期軍事戰(zhàn)略方針為指導(dǎo),圍繞實現(xiàn)“保障有力”的總要求,著眼于現(xiàn)實與未來的發(fā)展需要,在大量文獻調(diào)研和理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,系統(tǒng)分析了影響急救能力的主客觀因素,并結(jié)合專家咨詢、系統(tǒng)分析等方法提出了未來作戰(zhàn)時,我軍衛(wèi)生員在實施戰(zhàn)場急救時所采取的新的技術(shù)救治措施,并通過實證研究得到了證實。為實現(xiàn)保障有力總要求提供了堅實的理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:First aid is the first aid to save the life, improve the condition and prevent complications. The aim of this paper is to save the life of the wounded by implementing emergency medical treatment, to prolong the survival time of the wounded, and to create conditions for subsequent treatment. Whether the first aid is timely or not, the quality is directly related to the survival and subsequent treatment of the wounded, and closely related to the lives of the broad range of officers and soldiers. The first aid scope and technical measures of the present health workers of our army were formulated according to the rules for the treatment of War injuries promulgated by the Ministry of Health in September 1996, which has certain limitations. In recent years, with the development of modern emergency medicine, the implementation of the "New military Service Law" and the improvement of our military's health equipment level, especially the further clarification of the main direction of combat tasks, Whether and how to expand the scope of first aid has become a very important subject in the research of wartime medical service. The purpose of this project is to take the military strategic policy of the new period as the guidance, to realize the general requirement of "ensuring strength", to focus on the development needs of reality and future, and on the basis of a great deal of literature research and theoretical research. This paper systematically analyzes the subjective and objective factors that affect the ability of first aid, and puts forward some new technical treatment measures taken by our army's health workers in carrying out first aid on the battlefield in the future combat, combining with the methods of expert consultation and system analysis. And through the empirical research has been confirmed. It provides a solid theoretical basis for the realization of the overall requirement of ensuring strength.
