【摘要】：目的了解川藏沿線各兵站生活飲用水源水中重金屬含量及當(dāng)?shù)毓俦^發(fā)中汞含量,為制定保障官兵身體健康措施提供依據(jù)。方法采用原子熒光光度法對(duì)川藏沿線18個(gè)兵站水源水中汞、砷、鉛、硒4種重金屬及部分官兵頭發(fā)中汞含量進(jìn)行測(cè)定,用單側(cè)Fisher確切概率法對(duì)水汞和發(fā)汞進(jìn)行相關(guān)性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果川藏沿線18個(gè)兵站中,有2個(gè)兵站水源水汞超標(biāo),質(zhì)量濃度分別達(dá)1.027μg.L-1和1.350μg.L-1;有1個(gè)兵站水源水鉛超標(biāo),質(zhì)量濃度為25.101μg.L-1。川藏沿線兵站官兵發(fā)汞平均質(zhì)量濃度為1.071μg.g-1,超過(guò)我國(guó)正常人群1.0μg.g-1的平均發(fā)汞水平,最高質(zhì)量濃度達(dá)3.245μg.g-1。結(jié)論川藏沿線兵站官兵存在發(fā)汞含量超標(biāo)的現(xiàn)象,通過(guò)水汞和發(fā)汞的相關(guān)性統(tǒng)計(jì),暫未發(fā)現(xiàn)飲用水源中汞含量與人群發(fā)汞之間存在必然聯(lián)系。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the contents of heavy metals in drinking water and the mercury content in the hair of local officers and soldiers in the military stations along Sichuan and Tibet in order to provide the basis for making measures to protect the health of officers and soldiers. Methods Mercury, arsenic, lead and selenium in water of 18 military stations along Sichuan and Tibet were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry, and mercury content in hair of some officers and soldiers were determined. The correlation between mercury in water and mercury in hair was analyzed by single side Fisher exact probability method. Results among the 18 military stations along Sichuan and Tibet, 2 of them exceeded the standard of water mercury, the mass concentration of mercury was 1.027 渭 g.L-1 and 1.350 渭 g 路L ~ (-1), respectively, and one of them exceeded the standard of water lead with a mass concentration of 25.101 渭 g 路L ~ (-1). The average mass concentration of mercury was 1.071 渭 g 路g ~ (-1), which was higher than that of normal population (1.0 渭 g.g-1), and the highest mass concentration was 3.245 渭 g 路g ~ (-1). Conclusion there is a phenomenon that the mercury content in the hair of officers and soldiers in the military station along Sichuan and Tibet exceeds the standard. Through the statistics of the correlation between mercury in water and mercury in hair, it is not found that there is an inevitable relationship between mercury content in drinking water source and human hair mercury.
