【摘要】：目的綜合評價多中心樣本醫(yī)院的Ⅰ類切口手術抗菌藥物預防使用率。方法基于區(qū)域醫(yī)療大數(shù)據(jù),獲取110所樣本醫(yī)院Ⅰ類切口手術抗菌藥物預防使用率,采用常規(guī)統(tǒng)計方法和TOPSIS法對不同層級醫(yī)院使用水平進行比較。結(jié)果計139 617例手術病例納入統(tǒng)計,常規(guī)統(tǒng)計Ⅰ類切口手術抗菌藥物預防使用率為41.87%。樣本醫(yī)院10項Ⅰ類切口手術抗菌藥物預防使用率為17.08%,使用率最高的手術為輸卵管切除術、開顱血腫清除手術、髖關節(jié)置換術,均在80%以上。結(jié)論采用常規(guī)統(tǒng)計方法僅能整體上或從單項手術方面反映醫(yī)院抗菌藥物預防使用的狀況,而TOPSIS法更適合對醫(yī)院使用水平進行綜合評價,目前一些醫(yī)院部分Ⅰ類切口手術抗菌藥物預防使用率仍偏高。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the use rate of antibiotic prophylaxis in class I incision surgery in multicenter sample hospitals. Methods based on the regional medical treatment big data, we obtained the usage rate of antibiotic prophylaxis in class I incision operation in 110 sample hospitals, and compared the usage level of different level hospitals with routine statistical method and TOPSIS method. Results 139,617 surgical cases were included in the statistics. Routine statistics showed that the rate of prophylaxis of antibacterial agents in class I incision surgery was 41.87%.
