【摘要】：目的為更好地評價國內紅霉素眼膏的質量,建立測定紅霉素眼膏中紅霉素組分的方法。方法建立并優(yōu)化提取方法,采用高效液相色譜梯度洗脫法測定紅霉素組分。結果采用p H7.0磷酸鹽緩沖液-甲醇(1:1)進行一步萃取,提取效果較好;經過方法學驗證試驗,該方法可用于測定紅霉素眼膏中紅霉素組分測定。結論本文建立的提取和測定方法為紅霉素眼膏質量控制提供了較好的分析方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a method for the determination of erythromycin in erythromycin eye ointment in order to evaluate the quality of domestic erythromycin eye ointment. Methods the extraction method was established and optimized for the determination of erythromycin components by high performance liquid chromatography gradient elution. Results one-step extraction with pH 7.0 phosphate buffer solution-methanol (1:1) proved to be a good method for the determination of erythromycin components in erythromycin eye ointment. Conclusion the extraction and determination method established in this paper provides a good analytical method for the quality control of erythromycin ophthalmic ointment.
