【摘要】：正大腸癌是結(jié)直腸癌的統(tǒng)稱,是最常見的消化系統(tǒng)腫瘤,發(fā)病率和死亡率呈逐年上升的趨勢。雖然手術(shù)仍被認(rèn)為是大腸癌的首選治療方案,但由于早期癥狀不明顯,多數(shù)病人確診時(shí)已屬晚期,手術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)率較高。有效的輔助化療可以消除大腸癌的微轉(zhuǎn)移灶,降低復(fù)發(fā)率,延長生存期。奧沙利鉑聯(lián)合氟尿嘧啶類藥物已被美國國立綜合癌癥網(wǎng)絡(luò)推薦為一線治療方案,包括奧沙利鉑聯(lián)合亞葉酸鈣、氟尿嘧啶
[Abstract]:Positive colorectal cancer is the most common digestive system tumor. The incidence and mortality of colorectal cancer are increasing year by year. Although surgery is still considered as the first choice for the treatment of colorectal cancer, because of the lack of early symptoms, the majority of patients have been diagnosed at a late stage, and the recurrence rate is high. Effective adjuvant chemotherapy can eliminate micrometastasis of colorectal cancer, reduce recurrence rate and prolong survival. Oxaliplatin combined with fluorouracil has been recommended as a first-line treatment by the National Comprehensive Cancer Network, including oxaliplatin combined with calcium folate and fluorouracil
