【摘要】：目的:為門診藥房更好地開展藥學服務(wù)工作,保證門診患者安全、有效、合理地用藥提供參考。方法:根據(jù)我院門診藥房咨詢窗口提供的有關(guān)資料并參考有關(guān)文獻設(shè)計調(diào)查問卷,隨機選取于我院門診藥房取藥的患者進行調(diào)查,并對調(diào)查結(jié)果進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果:發(fā)出調(diào)查問卷450份,收回有效調(diào)查問卷417份,有效回收率為92.67%。受訪患者最關(guān)注的合理用藥相關(guān)問題是藥物的用法用量和注意事項,選擇的人數(shù)高達254(60.91%)和251(60.19%);其次是功能與主治,選擇的人數(shù)達234(56.12%);另外,藥物療效、服藥時間和老人、兒童、孕產(chǎn)婦用藥等也是患者普遍關(guān)心的問題。受訪患者中,盲目用藥的占20.75%,89.45%認為藥師的指導對其用藥有幫助,但還有21.35%得不到藥師的用藥指導。結(jié)論:調(diào)查顯示門診患者合理用藥的意識較淡薄且藥物知識缺乏,渴望獲得藥師的專業(yè)用藥指導,但目前門診藥房的藥學服務(wù)開展有待改善。建議通過實行要點式用藥交待、采用紅色藍色警示標簽、提供全方位的用藥咨詢服務(wù)、開展合理用藥宣教等措施積極推進藥學服務(wù)工作。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide reference for outpatient pharmacy to carry out pharmacological care better and ensure outpatient's safety, effective and rational use of drugs. Methods: according to the relevant information provided by the consultation window of outpatient pharmacy in our hospital and referring to the relevant literature, the questionnaire was designed, and the patients who took drugs from the outpatient pharmacy in our hospital were randomly selected for investigation, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results: 450 questionnaires were sent out, 417 effective questionnaires were collected, and the effective recovery rate was 92.677. The most concerned issues related to rational use of drugs were the dosage of drugs and matters needing attention, with 254 (60.91%) and 251 (60.19%) selected, followed by function and treatment (234 (56.12%). Maternal medication is also a common concern of patients. Among the patients interviewed, 20.75% (89.45%) thought that the guidance of pharmacist was helpful, but 21.35% could not get the guidance of pharmacist. Conclusion: the investigation shows that the consciousness of rational use of drugs in outpatients is relatively weak and the knowledge of drugs is lacking, and they are eager to obtain the professional guidance of pharmacists, but the pharmaceutical services in outpatient pharmacies need to be improved at present. It is suggested that the pharmaceutical service should be actively promoted through the implementation of key drug statements, the use of red and blue warning labels, the provision of omnidirectional drug use consulting services, and the development of rational drug use education and other measures.
