【摘要】：為了解中國(guó)與美國(guó)藥理學(xué)學(xué)科發(fā)展的概況,該文研究了2014年中國(guó)作者與美國(guó)作者發(fā)表的藥理學(xué)國(guó)際論文情況,并對(duì)其特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了比較分析,以指引我國(guó)藥理學(xué)未來(lái)發(fā)展的方向。該研究在2013版期刊引證報(bào)告自然科學(xué)版藥理學(xué)期刊中檢索2014年中國(guó)學(xué)者與美國(guó)學(xué)者發(fā)文情況。結(jié)果表明,2014年中國(guó)作者共參與發(fā)表文獻(xiàn)5 506篇,其中中國(guó)作者為第一/通訊作者的文獻(xiàn)5 173篇;而美國(guó)作者參與發(fā)表文獻(xiàn)量遠(yuǎn)高于中國(guó)作者,共發(fā)表11 256篇,其中美國(guó)作者為第一/通訊作者的文獻(xiàn)9 470篇。從發(fā)文期刊上看,美國(guó)科研人員發(fā)文期刊影響因子更高,文章被引用次數(shù)也更多。從發(fā)文數(shù)量上看,植物藥研究在我國(guó)藥理學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域中占有重要地位,而美國(guó)藥理學(xué)家則更注重應(yīng)用性研究,神經(jīng)藥理為其重點(diǎn)關(guān)注的領(lǐng)域。中國(guó)作者發(fā)文涉及的機(jī)構(gòu)大都為大學(xué)和高校,而在美國(guó),除大學(xué)和高校外,企業(yè)也更多地參與到藥理學(xué)研究中。結(jié)果提示,中國(guó)藥理學(xué)研究雖然取得了長(zhǎng)足的進(jìn)步,但與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比仍有差距。中國(guó)藥理學(xué)研究需立足自身特點(diǎn),突出特色,加強(qiáng)創(chuàng)新,重視應(yīng)用型研究。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the development of pharmacology in China and the United States, this paper studies the international papers on pharmacology published by Chinese and American authors in 2014, and makes a comparative analysis of their characteristics in order to guide the future development of pharmacology in China. In the 2013 edition of the journal citation report, the Chinese and American scholars were searched in the journal of pharmacology of natural science edition in 2014. The results showed that in 2014, Chinese authors participated in the publication of 5 506 articles, of which 5 173 were the first / corresponding authors, while the number of American authors was much higher than that of Chinese authors, with a total of 11 256 articles published. Among them, 9 470 articles were first / correspondence author in the United States. In terms of published journals, American researchers have higher influencing factors and more citations. In terms of the number of papers published, the research on plant medicine plays an important role in the field of pharmacological research in China, while the American pharmacologists pay more attention to the applied research, and neuropharmacology is the focus of attention. Most of the institutions involved in the Chinese authors' papers are universities and colleges, and in the United States, enterprises are more involved in pharmacological research than universities and colleges. The results suggest that although great progress has been made in pharmacological research in China, there is still a gap between China and developed countries. Chinese pharmacology research should be based on its own characteristics, highlight characteristics, strengthen innovation, and attach importance to applied research.
