【摘要】：正治療藥物監(jiān)測(therapeutic drug monitoring,TDM):是指在臨床進(jìn)行藥物治療過程中,觀察藥物療效的同時,定時采集患者的血液(有時采集尿液、唾液等液體),測定其中的藥物濃度,探討藥物的體內(nèi)過程,以便根據(jù)患者的具體情況,以藥動學(xué)和藥效學(xué)基礎(chǔ)理論為指導(dǎo),借助先進(jìn)的分析技術(shù)與電子計算機(jī)手段,并利用藥代動力學(xué)原理和公式,使給藥方案個體化,從而達(dá)到滿意的療效及避免發(fā)生不良反應(yīng),同時也可以為藥
